The company is the one responsible for any loss. In my case, I have NOT MY PURCHASE, plus I paid 5.60€ for their mistake.

A very bad experience, I ordered some shoes 15 days now & until now I didn’t get my order, and when I send email I get no answer. My advice don’t order with them.
Had to send back two items that were too big/too small, wanted new sizes to get sent to me. The client service never replied to my emails... NONE OF THEIR CLIENT SUPPORT PHONE NUMBERS WORK. Got fed up so I just sent it back paying for the return fees myself in the end (18 Eur). A week and half later I get an automated response saying that I'm getting refunded for the items I send back.
Communication is non-existent with them and it seems many people have had issues. I guess I just got kind of lucky.
Purchase at your own risk. I'd say that the discounts are not worth the hassle. My time is more valuable then any form of currency.
They got the size wrong 2 times. Also, last time they sent me a dress which had a defect making it unwearable. When I pointed it out to the help dept, they proposed 10% discount for damaged and unusable good! (cheeky, not?) I had to insist on a free return. Never again...
As mentioned above, great website with great products. I would suggest however to create a filter by color (already available on many competitors' website).

I have ordered the lace high shoes, they were of excellent quality but unfortunately I did not guess what must have been the size. I have sent them back and was quickly reimbursed since my size was not available for the exchange.
Good brands, very good prices, excellent product presentation and information. Delivery a bit slow and returns look like they may be a problem...at least 3 weeks delay for a refund. The explanation for this is not convincing. It is claimed that returned goods are sent to Kent in the UK and from there sent irregularly to Germany where refunds are processed. I live in France and the address I have been given for returns is in Germany and not Kent in the UK.
I will be happy to give 5 stars if the returns system is not a problem.
