Beware of ordering from dressbarn…
Beware of ordering from dressbarn online. Their size charts are not always correct - it's hit and miss. A "large" may fit like a "small" and customer service doesn't seem to care. It's like ordering from Amazon - you never know what you will get. It is not the same sizing and quality we all came to love at the retail.stores. It's the end of the Dressbarn road for me and if you could see all the Dressbarn merchandise in my closet you would know it's a sad day. 😓

I have been waiting for my order for 2…
I have been waiting for my order for 2 months now! When I contact customer service I have to wait several days for a reply. When I do receive a reply I receive a "standard" reply telling me that they have escalated my complaint to the manager (4 times now) - and I have yet to actually hear back from this "manager". After several attempts to request for a refund... I am again told that my concerns will be addressed my the mysterious manager!
AVOID THE STRESS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

45 days to receive order
Communicating with this company after purchase an item is impossible. The item I ordered it shipped 30 days after the ordered date. Basically it takes over 45 days to receive an item in stock.

Totally dishonest company to work for
Totally dishonest company to work for. When I was diagnosed with lupus there was a meeting held in public where district and regional managers were over heard discussing me. They said that because I was having health issues they needed to replace me! Well they did this by saying that my stores sales were down, however this was at the time of the September 11 twin towers attack. All of our stores sales were down then, please don't go to work for them! I hired a corporate attorney however it was my word and my witnesses word against theirs so the case was dropped with the understanding that my records were to show that I resigned and no bad references were to be given about me. Well I had thought I landed another job when only to find out that the new store manager had given me a negative reference saying that I was non retrievable. Don't trust them!
