I ordered a pair of sandal in a size o saw available and paid for it I needed it for this last weekend but 2 days after tracking it I realized it’s been cancelled and was wondering why.

I was told it was sold out but that should have been updated so it won’t be misleading for customers to still purchase and get dissapointed.

My dissatisfaction is cancelling my order without notifying me to check if I was ok with a size higher or lower.

I made an order with ‘Dressed in Lucy’ and I have to say that I was very disappointed to find that an item (black trousers) that I ordered just did not arrive . I did however receive a surprise item in the package which was an extravagant bodysuit (certainly not to my taste).

I contacted ‘Dressed in Lucy’ regarding the issues mentioned above, and did not have the most positive experience in doing so. I really did have to battle to get my money back but after multiple emails back and forth, I did manage to get my refund. I will not be purchasing from 'Dressed in Lucy' again due to this, sadly.

Dreadful communication, had to chase the bank for my refund, no idea how this company functions the way it does

The shoes are amazing delivered fast no complaints.

Price was fantastic. Delivery was fast. Dress was good but the front is far too low and I've had to put a safety pin in to stop my boobs being on display!

Very poor quality, fasteners fell off the coat as soon as it came out of the packaging. Returns process is poor so it’ll just go in the bin now. It was a Christmas gift so very disappointed.
