I have ordered many items from DressLilly and have been very satisfied with their quality, the time in shipping out and condition they arrive. Having dealt with other oversea companies and having language barriers, to the contrary, I found the language barrier to be no problem with DressLily. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. I enjoy the beautiful selections and will continue to shop DressLilly with confidence because every concern/problem that I voiced to them was immediately investigated and corrected to my satisfaction. Their website makes it easy to document your purchases, the statuses and tracking numbers along with emails when shipped out. I have found their merchandise to unique, original and well priced. I always insure my packages (as they travel a great distance) and the fee is minimal. The Customer Service is always prompt and professional. Save your labels, shipping invoices and take pictures of anything that is wrong, show them if you have a problem. They are great at resolving issues and deserve respect for their hard work and nice merchandise. I will gladly order more from DressLilly when my needs arise. Thank You to Customer Service for their great work. I know you are very busy snd yet you answer questions immediately and honestly.

I think dress Lilly has beautiful dresses but they need to be more clear on their sizing. I bought a dress, it did not fit, but they let me keep it and still refunded my money and I ordered again this time the size fit me. The sizes run small. For example: a USA size 16 is a 1X PLUS when you would think it was a regular 1X(size12).

I received a email to say my item was shipped on the 1/7/17 and it would take 7 to 10 day's still have'nt recieved my order and no other emails apart from them advertising.have placed this order for my holiday so will be very disapointed if it does'nt come in time!!

Don't buy , you may be tempted but you will not get the item and be out the money. They will promise to send the merchandise but they won't

Never going to waste my money here ever again, the clothes advertised did not look like the clothes i had got posted. In my opinion never buy clothes here as they use cheap materials.

I wish i could rate dresslilly with negative stars, but left with no option to rate as 1 star :-( , You dresslilly is a piece of crap and fake seller, as I bought a product 1 month back at you, still i didn't receive my product and not even any update on tracking status. If I raise a customer ticket, you people are giving rubbish reasons. Please viewers and customers don't believe this fake seller site.

It seems that a lot of people are having problems not receiving their orders. This also happened to me. I don't know if they really do not send them or they just get lost/stuck somewhere on the way. After exchanging some emails with the Dresslilly staff (they where very polite) i got back all of my money. I will think of placing another order soon, maybe it was just bad luck

This company is the WORST! I ordered several items. First of all, I am a dress size 8, usually a L at most regular retailers. I sized up because the reviews said the clothes ran small. They were like childrens' clothes! Seriously!!! The fabrics were NOT as described. The stitching was like the worst sweat shop style sloppy work I have ever seen. All of the garments STUNK like chemicals. They would not respond to my inquiries about refunding my money, so I just donated the items to goodwill. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a christmas gift on 12/10. was told it would ship out 12/13. Tracking brought it to the shores of china...useless..and the first time I was made aware that it was shipping from there. Here we are 61 days later. No product, no refund....despite requesting it 4 times thru their customer service department. They had me contact my post office to make sure it wasn't there. I did. I've worked so hard I deserve treble damages...last told me I needed to wait the full 60 days to see refund. who does that?? Worst customer service ever!!!! Order # LL1612112213318204

Seen this on fb. I never received my order from nov. I will never order from "Dresslilly, Dresslink, Dress-whatever-else" again; nor any shop floating around on fb. It's a scam in my experience. Burned 3 times in a row so far.

One month never received order I placed order 10/11 it is now 11/11 still no order . Have filed complaint with pay pal . I will never order here again !!

MY real concern is that they trade under numerous names , as I see exact same items under many site names.

I order a couple pairs of shorts for my husband like over a month ago and still haven't gotten them summer will be over by the time they arrive.

I was looking for low priced casual dresses and I decided to give this foreign site a chance. I bought two dresses, both for a gift I planned to give my two bosses at the time for Christmas. Our party was two and a half weeks away from this point, so I figured it was a safe enough time for an online order. NOPE! The dresses took 30+ days to arrive. Having to obviously buy new gifts for them, I thought well now I'll be getting two new dresses for myself. The Large size pinup style dress would fit a Small, and the One size fits all special must have been designed by a blind over worked child, because it was insanely large and was two pieces of cheap fabric sown on to an elastic band with poorly cut out holes for sleeves.

The site is extremely cheap for a reason and now I've learned my lesson on cheap products from China.

I am very impressed with Dresslily. The quality, sizing, and unique outfits, jewellery, shoes, and I could go on.
I anxiously await anything new I have ordered, and that can be a lot considering their free shipping and low costs.
I have never been more pleased with an online shopping experience.

To whom it may concern;
I have tried contacting your customer service by submitting a "ticket"? However not possible to send if the submit icon does not work? This is what I was trying to "submit":
My order #LP1602210715229168 contained 2 different shipments & tracking numbers, ordered on 02/21/2016. The tracking #'s reflect that the packages have been shipped & received. However, I have not received any packages. I am moving in 2 days & ordered these items to receive before my move. Therefor requesting a full refund to my credit card.
Please contact me to resolve this matter, as I have contacted my credit card company to investigate this transaction.
