This site has been a brilliant source for me on my fertility journey. The products are usually cheaper than elsewhere and the services they provide are excellent. I have been working with Kate Davies and she is so reassuring and friendly - really puts you at ease! Which is great for an anxious type like me!!

I have just had my 25 minute exploring fertility coaching session with Kate and I'm so pleased I decided to give it a go, I have now signed up for three full sessions. I didn't feel any pressure, it felt honest and super helpful, I just feel relieved knowing that someone will be able to help me make a plan and help me manage the feelings of slightly losing my mind in the two week wait, instead of scrambling around on Dr Google wondering if I ve missed something!! Its really helpful to know they can do my blood tests and talk to the Dr for me.

I have been trying to concieve for over 6 months and I'm in my late 30s. I really wish I had signed up to one of their consultation sessions as soon as I started trying to concieve, it may have picked up my underactive thyroid sooner and would have reassured me but I felt a bit silly worrying about trying to get pregnant.

Following 4 miscarriages I was looking everywhere for answers. Having suffered two of them in the pandemic the NHS help was limited, and very lengthy. I didn’t hesitate to think of contacting Dr fertility for help in desperation. The advice I received from a telephone consultation with one of the fertility nurses was so re assuring and full of advice. Having face to face was so rare, they arranged a video consultation with no pressure and with ease. The nurse helped me to put my mind at rest, they were able to interpret my bloods etc from the NHS when I had been waiting weeks for results. If the NHS were unable to proceed, DR fertility were able to offer me options with someone with the expertise I needed. I found the service comforting and re assuring, although there is no pressure to purchase further consultation I found that there were always on hand to help me should I need it. I’ve recommended these services to friends and family who have also had similar experiences. The free consultation helps you to understand and interpret options available, and help that is on offer. It gives you the time to talk freely and ask any questions. It gave me the confidence to press my GP for more help, and not feel guilty about requesting for further and regular testing. If you have 10mins then why not just give it a try you will have nothing to lose.

I experienced few issues with Drfertility, such as delays in getting test results, but I also have to say that they do whatever possible to sort it out, so overall I can’t complain. They are approachable and friendly, but I do believe they should improve their testing system.

I always buy from here. The products are a great price with fast delivery. The items are always packaged well and the charm is a very lovely touch. Got pregnant using the fertility monitor sadly it's been very emotional and its not meant to be for me this time so I am considering booking a video consultation to see if I can improve my chances of pregnancy again.

Ordered fertility monitor and a box of tests to go with it. Discovered shortly after that I was already pregnant!
I asked if a refund was possible, not for the monitor I had already opened (to read the instructions) but for the refill tests I purchase alongside it and had not opened. They completely ignored my emails and ghosted me.
The service is good when your giving them money but terrible when you ask for it back.
Amazon is £1-£2 more expensive but at least they are professional when there are problems. Would not recommend Dr.Fertility, stick with the companies you know!

Excellent customer service and communication. I had a voucher that I couldn't manage to process and they deducted and refunded the amount without quibbling after I had made the purchase. Fast delivery and a lovely personal hand written note include with a small thank you gift. Couldn't be more impressed.

First time ordering from Dr Fertility and it arrived within 2 days. My item came with a little note inside saying with love and also a gift bagged stork charm. For someone that has been trying to conceive for over a year now, that just really gave me a happy boost. I will definitely use this place again and recommend to others. After trying for a baby for over a year we decided to order the Clear Blue Fertility monitor and Dr Fertility was the cheapest and delivery was fast. When it came, there was even a little charm which really made our day. I have since ordered the refills and will continue to use Dr. fertility. Thank you so much for such a great & personal service.

So my Parcel has just arrived! ..... me and my partner have been trying for a baby and are having some medical fertility help, all very stressful and emotional! We ordered some conceive plus gel and ovulation tests to see if our treatment has worked. The parcel was 48 hours delivery and through covid it was all still on time! We unwrapped and heard a dink hit the floor to find a beautiful stork charm, we were confused at first but realised it was a token from Dr fertility. It really is a beautiful touch and certainly brought on a couple of tears! Fingers crossed, this is definitely a lucky charm!

First time coming across Dr Fertility. Ordered some ovulation tests and they came super quick, also included was a little stork good luck charm which made my day!! Such a lovely personal touch. Will definitely be ordering from Dr fertility again

Spent £200 which is a lot of money, order hasn’t arrived and tracking information can’t be found. Gutted is an understatement as who knows when I’ll be able to start tracking ovulation.
Will add that customer service responded quickly when I enquired.

I had not heard of Dr Fertility before purchasing but found the website via Google when searching for a specific product.
Quick and easy experience purchasing online and a dispatched email sent to my phone and email within just hours of placing the order and delivered 2 days later! Amazingly fast service especially during the current circumstances with COVID-19.
I am yet to try the products out, and If all goes to plan I hopefully will not need to purchase anything further at the moment, but I will be recommending Dr Fertility to anyone I can!

Also the emails that I have received since signing up to the mailing list have some really useful and engaging content in them which is a refreshing change ☺️

I can not recommend Dr Fertility highly enough ❤️🙏 I’m 39 and we had been trying for 9 months without success. I ordered conceive plus from Dr Fertility as it was the cheapest price around. The delivery arrived with a hand written note saying “with love” and a beautiful stork charm. It was so personal and it made me cry. This gesture honestly made me feel like I wasn’t alone on this fertility journey and that people we with us hoping and praying that my dream could come true..... after using it during my February cycle, I am delighted to say I am now 9 weeks pregnant with my first baby

Excellent service, would 100% recommend anybody out there using Dr fertility.

I ordered inofolic after 1 year trying to conceive and I have PCOS, I had no chance to ovulate and my testosterone levels were high. After taking inofolic for 2 months, I did again some blood test and it was amazing that all my test result were changed for good.

Lovely delivery arrived today. We are trying for baby number 2 (our little girl is now 7 months, so want a close age gap)... So ordered conceive plus again as we fell pregnant first cycle using this last time :)

So today it arrived, and with it a hand written note 'with love', and a stalk charm in the cutest drawstring bag! What a cute and unexpected gift. Made me cry I won't lie... Just the little things and attention to detail meant the world to me! And it is such a special time, acknowledged by the company and I will remember this delivery forever because of it.
