Amazing service. Fast delivery, great price and a perfect little gesture of a stork pendent in a pouch and a hand written note of good luck, the fact that they took time to personally hand write a note shows how much thought goes into their customer service!

The service from Dr Fertility was great. I would maybe suggest there being a delivery service that could be a little quicker but other than that, it came in good condition and in discrete packaging which was a bonus! There was also a cute note inside from Dr Fertility which was a nice touch.

Can't recommend highly enough!!
Really impressed with the delivery I received. My wife and I were taken aback by the handwritten note and keepsake that was included it was a really lovely touch for what has been a difficult journey for us.

Adding personalisation to your order :)
I ordered a few products from Dr Fertility, including Pre-Seed Lubricant, Pregnacare Liquid and also Freyda's Nutritional Food Bars.
I was kept updated about my order throughout with an email stating that I will receive the food bars separately, which was good information to know. I was told I was going to receive 12 bars, but got given 7! This was coming directly from Freyda's though and not a reflection on Dr Fertility who go out their way to ensure customer satisfaction.
I got my package quickly (within a few days of ordering) and discreetly in the post.
It came with a hand written personalised note and also a little charm! This personalisation made my day and made me feel positive about my fertility journey!
I would recommend ordering from Dr Fertility.

A very good experience shopping on this site. Recieved a very cute little pendant. And i placed two orders at same day but different time so paid double delivery charges. But there was a hand written note with the parcel stating that they have returned one delivery charge as a good will gesture. Really appreciate it. Will definitely shop again.
