Terrible quality for the price point - cheap, nasty looking jewellery

They should change the company name to Grift Culture.

I purchased a $100+ ring from them as a gift for a friend. I’m too embarrassed to actually gift it, as the ring they sent is TEMU quality. I feel completely ripped off and lied to. It looks completely different from the product images. It feels cheap and light too.

I left a review on their website. I can see now that they actually removed my review which warned other customers about the cheap look and feel of the ring.

I contacted them to enquire about a refund, explaining that I couldn’t gift this cheap looking ring and they just ignored the request completely.
