Fuzz is the man. Personable, engaging, clear, thorough and professional. Made the process very easy. I didn't manage to sell the vehicle but it was fun trying.

I had a great experience with Michael G while handing over my Volvo. Communication was clear throughout, and although there was a small delay, Michael handled everything professionally and kept the process moving as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The car was collected and delivered safely, and the overall experience was stress-free. A special mention as well for how courteous and friendly Michael was in person — he was a pleasure to deal with.

First experience of selling car via Carwow and subsequent car collection by DriiveMe.

After getting a favourable price at Carwow auction the process went fairly smoothly. Car was collected by Jovan Sekulic who carried out an inspection detailing almost every near invisible scratch on my car but reported the car to Lexus Birmingham as in ‘good condition’ (which it was). No price haggling and payment processed by Lexus Birmingham prior to taking car away.

Great service from Jovan and would recommend both Carwow and Driive Me.

We sold our car through Carwow, and inspection and pickup was performed by Fuzz Young from Driiveme. Our first time experience was great - we received updates before the driver arrived. Once the driver was en route, we received updates and the driver was very courteous. The whole process was seamless.

My experience from starting point until the sale of my car was fantastic everything went very smoothly, and very pleasant to deal with my money was in my account in a flash .

Michael made the whole process very easy and i felt like i was in control all the time during the sale until the final payment went through, so no anciety about handing the vechicle over without having received payment. He even completed the on-line DVLA form for us once the handover was complete.

Michael G came to pick up my car and was generally a smooth experience overall. He came earlier which was better for me and everything from a car inspection point of view was prompt and easy. There was some delay on the dealer’s side but Michael stuck by and kept chasing the dealer up to make sure I got paid what I was owed. Highly recommend.
