Excellent service, I ordered a vintage port on Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. I will be using Drinkfinder to order some obscure eastern European liqueurs.

Shame I have to give it a star!

I ordered my favourite bottle of Pisco for my birthday party for a next day delivery. Unfortunately I had dropped and smashed my reserved bottle the day before the party! Drinkfinder gave me the option of next day -Saturday, 30th March 2024 for a delivery charge of £15. I was eager so I paid. It was after all Easter bank holiday Saturday delivery! I thought fair enough! Swiftly I received an email confirming they were processing my order. I proudly declared to my hubby- my Pisco is coming! Saturday came and went. But alas no sign of my bottle of Pisco! I even emailed drinkfinder on Saturday afternoon asking for an update on delivery. Radio silence.

On Sunday I emailed for a refund which I received today. At least getting the refund was painless! Perhaps that deserves the 1 star!

Moral of the story - don’t smash your favourite drink the day before your party. If you do then don’t expect drinkfinder to come to rescue!

Just got 3 bottles of whisky. Absolutely no problem. The order was delivered well before the promised date. Packaging was good and the prices charged were normal. Not the rip off prices that some of the other retailers charge. Have orderd from them before and absolutely no problem then too. Thought about time I write a fair positive review that they deserve. Thank you guys.

I ordered bottles of rum from Drink Finder, but the wrong ones were delivered. The company called it human error and have asked me to repost the incorrectly delivered drinks bottles to them, wasting my time in the process. I now need to order from a different supplier. I will not be ordering from Drink Finder again.

Placed an order, then received an email confirming it had been dispatched, only to receive an email the following day confirming they did not have enough stock of the item due to overselling. Appalling customer service from them. Should have read the reviews on here first prior to ordering as it seems they have previous at this. Will never order from them again.

I used these guys before xmas and the service and delivery was exemplary. Despite not having a recent order for a spirit I wanted for a gift recently Drink finder were open an honest and let me know asap that they didn’t have the product I wanted asap. A full refund was duly made without quibble. Outstanding customer service would thoroughly recommend using this supplier if anyone was wanting special orders …… if they have it you get it … if they don’t you are told the truth …….top dollar supplier!

Item was ordered on Saturday, I was sent an email Monday morning to say my order was being processed ready for despatch only to receive another email Tuesday 17.20 to say my item, which I was able to order was not in stock. I'm not very happy but I might have been unlucky.

Ordered for delivery some Camel Valley Pinot Noir Sparkling wine for our son and his wife to celebrate their silver anniversary. Sam got back to me within 24 hours to let me know that it was out of stock and was there anything else that he could deliver. Asked him to deliver 2 good bottles of Pinot Noir, which he did , and covered the excess cost himself. An excellent choice and well received. Thank you Sam. What a star !

I ordered a bottle of Equiano rum on Sunday 14th March. It was sent via Royal Mail and on the 17th I got an email from Royal Mail that they have it and would be delivered that day. Nothing was delivered that day. The following day I started tracking the delivery and found that it's been delivered to another Royal Mail delivery centre. Upon checking further I found that the bottle has been going from one delivery office to another.
I called Drinkfinder and was promised by some lady that she was going to find out what was happening. After two hours no news from her so I followed up with another call which was picked up by a man who told me that there is no quick solution about my complaint.
My order has still not been delivered and I haven't had a further call from Drinkfinder.
Do I have any sympathy for companies that go under when their employees are unprofessional? No.
I am keep away from Drinkfinder.

I found drink finder via Amazon after searching where to buy Mahon gin in the UK as it's quite limited where to purchase it from here normally I only buy it in Menorca when on holiday after not being able to get there in the past year for obvious reason. I was Impressed by the speed of delivery I ordered it late on Thursday evening and received my order on the Monday via royal mail I thought the price was fair and received before the estimated arrival date I will use them again no hesitation through their website not Amazon.

Love my Ronmiel Cayo Grande Club Honey and rum Liqueur, a couple of ice cubes in the glass goes down a treat. It was posted out quickly and well packaged,I will buy again from this seller if I need anymore. 1 happy customer.

Obviously not a pro warehouse team as I was expecting a 2016 batch and ended up with 2017, no wine for new year. £100 that I have to wait now until 6th of Jan to pick up my wine and get a refund so that`s 2 weeks. very nice, I will buy again, NOTTTTT

Once again, Drinkfinder has earned 5 stars from myself. There is a reason why I love the site/ shop and its not just because they sell booze!

This is the 5th/ 6th time I have used the site and this is the 5th/ 6th time I have been very happy with my order and the service I received.

I had a small query that I jumped on the Facebook page to ask and not only received an answer in minutes, I had a little chat with them about my order and some of the gins I had ordered!

Again, the parcels turned up strong enough to survive a nuclear bomb, all intact.

Ordered Glen Grant 18 as a gift for my husband, bottle holder inside the box was damaged. Not great considering purchase of an item for £120. Customer service offered to send replacement box but did not offer to agree to partial refund for all the hassle I have been through. I did not like the service I received, arranged for full refund and ordered the same product from a competitor, guess what arrived in great condition. Drink Finder - you should have done this right the first time around. From the way things looked I recon this was damaged long before you posted this item, as I don't believe this damage can occur while parcel is in transit. Will not be back.
