Great customer service
Ordered a few items from DripModa and was really happy with the quality. I needed to return a couple of things for different sizes and later returned one item altogether.
There was a bit of confusion with the returns system as I was issued store credit instead of a refund to my original payment method, but once I contacted customer support they looked into it, understood exactly what had happened and sorted the refund for me without any hassle.
Fair play to them for resolving it quickly and professionally. I’d definitely order from them again.
