Placed an order on 7th Jan, still waiting! The only messages they reply to are on Instagram and order has been lost once apparently and now been told twice they have been sent, was told to wait 10-12 days and 2 weeks later been told to wait 4-7 more days. No email received with tracking info despite repeatedly asking and being promised it’s on the way. Absolutely shocking. Wish I’d checked the reviews first and done more research. How can companies like this get away with it, disgusting. If my son wasn’t desperate for these trainers I’d give up but I’m ever hopeful that even if they are fake, they at least arrive as promised!
