Supportive and kind staff at Newbury branch
Booked for a good deal price. However I didn’t have a credit card so needed to pay extra for daily full insurance. Meaning it raised the price of a rental however I got an upgrade car. The person at the desk so extremely helpful and kind. Went above and beyond as I wasn’t sure with automatic. He answers all of my questions and I can’t fault him. (Newbury branch).
Will use the company again for sure.

First class service from Drivalia - Newbury
First class service from the team in Newbury. Originally went to book online, but with my booking being for Xmas and never having used Drivalia before, I put in a call to the branch. Matt dealt with my enquiry and swiftly sorted out a vehicle that was a great price. Collection went smoothly and the vehicle was first class (plus an upgrade, that was much appreciated). Finally wanted to return a bit earlier as it was Xmas Eve and again that request was accommodated. Very impressed with Matt plus the team at Drivalia - Newbury
