Waited in all day for car delivery only to be told ‘the driver isn’t answering his phone’. Was told it would be sorted the next day - but again had no contact and now offices are closed. No one seems to care one bit.
I had excellent customer care from Evie. She helped me sort out a problem with a 3rd party company who were supposed to collect my car at the end of my contract but had failed to do so twice. She got right on it, phoned me back to let me know what she had done and even called me to ask whether I had had a response from the collection company. It was very much appreciated and certainly helped hugely to resolve the matter.

I have used many leasing companies in the past and DriveElectric are the best! They treat you with the upmost respect and have been so helpful throughout my lease. It is so refreshing when you call and a real human being answers. I am nearly at the end of my lease through them and am about to order a second (possibly third).

very disappointed with the company, was comparing the prices between drive electric and a competitor and drive electric came out a few pence cheaper, and as drive electric were recommended by fully charged i went with them only to find that they changed the deal on me from 10,000 miles to 8,000 with no reduction in price, by that time a hard credit search had been done and I felt trapped into the deal as a second search might throw up a red flag.
At no point in the last 2.5 years has anyone from the company showed any interest in my situation even thought the deal is was still being advertised as 10,000 miles.
The least finishes in 6 months and i will not use them again.

Nice friendly approachable team, had a handover as someone moved on from the company and nice and smooth without going through all the same questions etc.
Smooth transition to my new vehicle (I'd leased with them previously), helpful feedback of the various options without me needing to do the leg work. When I compared prices to other lease options they were competitive and certainly more palatable than buying new!
One minor piece of feedback would be to set expectations better around how the various brokers they use work. Because of differing systems and processes it was difficult for me to trace quote to order id's etc. A nice pack of you'll receive an email from X and will need to fill in online form Y before getting confirmation Z would have been a smoother process.

Very good leasing deal, much better than local dealer. All the contract and delivery process were very smooth and efficient apart from a couple of small issues, but my rep, Keely was very helpful to sort it out quickly before and after the delivery. Highly recommend.

I was let down by a car subscription service who 4 months into a year long contract said they were taking the vehicle back ( I think they are going into administrtation to be honest)
So there I was stuck without a car in 4 weeks. Then comes along Drive Electric and literally had be a very good deal on the car I wanted and it sitting on my drive in no time at all!
Bradley ( my customer contact) was amazing and made everything super smooth.
I can't recommend Drive Electric enough. Very good service and super easy to do 100% online!

My point of Contact was superb throughout the process of choosing a car and finally supplying the car. There were delays from the manufacturer and a courtesy car was provided in the interim which was smooth. The support and communication for putting a private plate on the vehicle was also pain free. I would happily recommend drive Electric to anyone considering an electric car, and would encourage everyone to drive one to understand the benefits over petrol/diesel. My typical journey was 170miles door to door and did this on a single charge comfortably so all the naysayers out there worrying about charging points are not thinking of the bigger picture. Yes there have been the odd instance in 2 years of ownership that I've had to que for a charging point on Motorway services but I would think those ques during fuel shortages would far outweigh the time I've spent waiting.
