All trips on Drive lah are insured through our insurance partner - Tokio Marine. Efficient Staff Evelyn and Gem.

Dear Drivelah , I would like to compliment Ms Evelyn and Ms Gem for their efficient service to help me today.

The issue was a guest exceed the allowable mileage for the trip. Gem was the 1st person who took my case and she was very quick to respond to send to the correct department handling this sort of resolution team. Evelyn was there to investigate and check back on me within a few hours with the payout details in the next month.

I am happy to have met this 2 staffs who knows what they are doing. If not I might be led on by some others go a merry go round to reach the reach dept. thank you Gem and Evelyn.

Customer Service

Tried using Singpass to register for instant verification but your system doesn't work. Had to do it manually and that's so frustrating waiting for your team to verify it. Luckily Edelyn was there to coordinate & help me expedite the whole process. Thank you so much Edelyn.
