This is regarding the Cardiff branch.
The best thing would be for a clear out, shambles of a company.
Wages short, no payslips - not 1 in about 5 months I was there, always told we'll sort it out, not had a p45 either since I left - does make me wonder if I was even registered to work there & if my tax & NI has been payed !
Jess & the other girl - name I can't think of, lovely on the phone to you then stab you in the back, one of the worst agency's I've ever worked for.

This company hasn't your best interests at heart. They had called me to do work for a company Korean Foods. The vehicle I had to used had a engine management light on the dashboard, I asked was it safe to drive and was told yes. When I was out doing my work, the vehicle went into limp mode and I had to return the vehicle, only to be told I will NOT be getting paid because I didn't complete the job. I went online to check the vehicle mot status and found out the vehicle is overdue a recall. I also forgot my camera in the vehicle but it still hasn't been returned which is theif. Also when I was explaining to Drivers Direct Recruitment of the problems I was facing, I had no support whatsoever. Stay away from this company who do not care about you or the safety of your vehicles you have to use.

i can not contact them for more than 2 months, after they decided to reply the issue is continuing ... i am constantly chased for money i don't have to pay after proof they agreed and i just received a statement that i am still owning them the same money, those people has 0 communication

Very bad company very corrupt I was sexually harassed/made a joke of at Dx and was recorded by my manager the whole time there the agency knew about this and chose to side with Dx please avoid this agency and company at all cost they are corrupt and not useful at all they will back stab you. Dx and agency knew about all issues I sent them all evidence instead of dealing with the issue darren (head of operations at dx) chose to remove the evidence and get rid of me as a solution and lied about me to remove me

My experience with this agency has been amazing. One of the best places I have worked! Easy and transparent communication from the staff made my work life flawless with this company, especially Chirag who helped me find a job as soon as I signed up. Highly recommend this agency!

This is the best place I have worked. All of the staff and management are really nice and approachable. They have really good training and multiple ways to reward staff for their hard work. A great work environment and lots of support.

I love working for Drivers Direct. All of the senior management are really knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Everyday is different and the role is really varied. We are treated with respect and the company always recognises and responds when we are doing well.

Compare rates with other Agencies first. Worked for them for several months and nice junior staff but rate of pay I found is well below what other agencies paying. Work is very it'y bity with no real long term contracts suggest you should shop around

Worked with these jokers on Argos from Wolverhampton branch . Chap who suppose to look after me was useless , liar and had no idea what he was doing. They still owe me £20.00 for diesel I had to put in as the guage was faulty. Wrote to Head Office , not a peep out of them . However I did have some dealings with the Crewe office can`t fault them.

Avoid this company - worked as a driver through their Swindon branch. Very rude and unhelpful staff - pay was late. Conflicting information given by different staff - certainly do not look after their drivers! Lost a job through their incorrect policies and not supporting their drivers. Will never work for them again or recommend them to anyone.

I was with drivers direct for about 20 weeks. I was out from the thorn branch. I got work straight away in thorn at furniture village the work was good and i got paid on time in full every week. I allso got over 36 hour's in a week. When work dried up there i went to Barker and stonehouse based in eggborough still getting over 36 hours every week.
For my experience with this agency i would highly recommend them they have been the best ones i have ever worked for. I am now full time with Barker

WARNING STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE WORKED BAD ATTITUDE TO THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE THE MONEY DONT PAY ON TIME AND WILL GIVE YOU GOOD EXAMPLE....... I WORKED FOR THIS PLACE AND WAS IN WORK WITH FURNITURE VILLAGE THIS PLACE THEY SEND OUT SO MUCH RUBBISH TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER I HAD A BAD PRODUCT WHEN AT THE CUSTOMER AND PHONED THE DRIVERS DIRECT FOR ADVICE AS COULD NOT CHAT TO FURNITURE VILLAGE AND I GOT TOLD OFF FOR POINTING OUT THE ISSUES TO THE CUSTOMER AND WAS TOLD I SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS MY QUESTION WAS TO JAY AT DRIVERS DIRECT WAS I HAD A BED TO PUT UP AND THE BOLTS WAS TO SHORT TO BOLT THE BED TOGETHER AND JAY TOLD ME I SHOULD NOT HAVE TOLD THEM........ I AM NOT SURE WHAT ELSE I COULD HAVE DONE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WHAT ELSE COULD I HAVE DONE TO COMPLETE THIS TASK SO TOLD THEM TO STICK THERE JOB WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE!!

My worst agency ever!!! Unless you are an experienced driver avoid them as they got the worst payment and they likely do not want to pay! They owe me money and they does not have intention to pay! They also do not care about their driver's needs, you are just a number if u work for them.
