Don't buy a car here
Don't buy a car here, the day I drove my vehicle off the lot, my vehicle broke down with all kinds of issues, A/C went out, then the transmission gave out. My vehicle is at the shop as we speak. Apparently they do not inspect their vehicles before selling.

This site has taken care of me for over 20 years. Way back when it was Ugly Duckling auto sales. They always worked w/me on price, trade-ins, insurance, and generally made the process as painless, inexpensive, and quick as possible. The reps have always explained things really well and are extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. They had several suggestions and ways to make things work whenever I hit a snag and weren't adverse to conversation unrelated to the purchase. Carlos was patient, kind, and helped me make an excellent selection. It is difficult to find a dealership you can actually trust, and this place is it.

I bought a 2016 Buick encore with…
I bought a 2016 Buick encore with 82,000 miles for just over $17,000 from Drivetime in 2022 and it ran great for the first year, but the oil started leaking and other problems with the engine. It finally gave out and l ended up buying a new engine for it then after that the water started leaking so l had to fix that and l ended up spending another $8000. So buyer beware if you buy from Drive Time.

No pressure car sales with very friendly service
I had a great experience buying a new vehicle at this location. I called ahead and spoke to Cameron who recommended that I begin the process online before I come down to the dealership which I did. Once I arrived I was assisted by both him and Evan who were incredibly polite, helpful and patient during the entire process. I was able to test drive two vehicles with just me and my son and also view an additional vehicle. After the usual paperwork I was able to trade in my previous vehicle for even more than I expected and drove home in an awesome new and safe vehicle! I was never pressured or talked down to regarding my credit or what I could afford and I absolutely recommended this location/business to anyone looking to get into a new car without dealing with the awful sales tactics that most other dealerships tend to put their customers through.
