I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received at DriveTime in Athens, Georgia. My experience with Tyler and Marshall was beyond exceptional. Their professionalism, sense of humor, and genuine acts of kindness made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable and memorable.
From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and valued. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions while keeping the atmosphere light and fun. Honestly, this store needs to teach a class on how to be professional while making customers laugh at the same time!
The dealership itself was very clean and inviting. They offered refreshments while we waited, and I was especially impressed by the children’s area, complete with tablets to keep the kids entertained. It’s clear that customer comfort and satisfaction are a priority at this location.
Tyler and Marshall truly went above and beyond, and their dedication to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a dealership where you’ll be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism, I highly recommend DriveTime Athens, Georgia.
