I bought my vehicle on February 5th, 2024 on February 9th, 2024. My check engine light came on for a bad O2 sensor and catalytic converter. Today February 14th, 2024. I pay one thousand dollars because the brake pads and rotors were completely shot, along with the air filter beyond “just dirty” and required an oil change because it was overdue for one. Explain to me how you pay for a vehicle that undergoes an “inspection” and none of this was caught or at the very least mentioned?!

Buyers beware
On 4/11 I got a 2020 Kia optima on 4/13 it quit running. I was left on the side of the road. I called drivetime where I purchased the car. A lady named Airelle answered she must really hate her job! One of the rudest people ever! I was told it was my responsibility to get it towed back to their lot. Sliver rock services said they didn’t help because I wasn’t keeping the vehicle and making a claim on it. So $1000 down and $345 tow bill. My opinion was wait 10-14 days to get my down payment back or pick a different car. No help no curiosity they acted like it was my fault. The sales lady Danielle. Stated it wasn’t their fault she couldn’t help me nor was there manger I could speak with. She wasn’t allowed to give me corporate number to talk with. But they sale used cars and things happen. I understand that things happen, but you would think that it wouldn’t happen within 48 hours of purchasing it and they would be more willing to help you and make you satisfied as a customer then just giving you the cold shoulder. Not willing to help you at all and making you feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend them if I could give a negative five stars, I would!! rant over!!

Everything about the purchase and Finding a new car was effortless. The only thing that I could think of could be an issue was the drive route while driving said vehicle was a 40 mile per hour Max and upon leaving when I had to get on the Interstate I noticed the vehicle Had some some vibrations over 65. To the point I needed to keep it under 65 or it consisted. Need to know if that's bad tires or alignment and balancing or just need to Have their test route on the highway.
