For starters, I had chosen a car that looked good and then after a few days driving in it it started to have a few problems. I took the car back to Drive Time and talked to Crystal about it and she was super apologetic and accommodating and ended up putting me in an even better car that I am so in love with. My mom and I were there after hours both times and they were still super professional and patient.

They were nice they got me in a nice vehicle

First car I had with DriveTime was a 2020 Hyundai Sonata car was disgusting smelled bad and filled with bugs their Cars are high price pay over six grand in warranty lo jack and gap still had the lo jack installed on there after claiming they took it off shady dealership even though I had issues with the truck when I brought it and it’s a 2018 I still owed $17k on it I just gave it back the interest is simple interest $625 a month on a old vehicle is crazy that’s the balance when I got it it was over 20k it’s a scam place go to a legit dealership these are old auction cars that they rig up to be sold I wish I wouldn’t of ever went there now my credit going to be screwed up when it got repo the first time the crappy repo place damaged the truck DriveTime did not fix it even though they asked me to send pics I did everything they asked and they denied my claim talking about before pics of the truck who takes before pics of a vehicle buyer beware and the tow loser took change out of the change holder damage my speaker and joy ride in the vehicle please don’t go here spend your money on a cash car or go to a real dealership I hope they get shut down

Nicholas was very informative and helpful. He made our experience pleasant. I am sad that the extra ammenities, the full gas tank, the oil changed and the detailing that happened with our last purchase has been stopped. They made DriveTime stand out against their fellow used car dealers. That being said, Nicholas was great.

I brought my son into get his very first vehicle. Mr. Hilliard made my son feel at ease and took the time to explain the process and helped him get his first car. He even help find a car that he liked two hour's.away. My son is so happy that he got his own car for Christmas. I want to give Mr. Hilliard 5 stars 🌟 for being kind even with a mother that asked questions s. Happy New Year.

The staff at the Clearwater location was amazing!They went above and beyond their duties to make sure we got the car we wanted.

When I woke up that morning I knew what I needed and asked God to work it out. I’m not gonna lie but on the way there I was a little nervous because I’m a female and y’all know how they do us women!!! But when I drove up and walked in I was a little nervous still but as I looked around I see one person that had like a glow to him and the man at the counter pointed out to me who was gonna help me for that day I had already known.Instant peace over my spirit!!! He was very nice and transparent and even gave me some helpful tips on what to do in the future!!! Me and him both was thanking God after and walking out of there with my NEW CAR I was very very very happy!!!

This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs. First, they through in thousands of dollars of add-ons without telling you. Their “warranty” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. EVERYTHING will be denied for some lame reason or another. They promise one rate then switch. You’re told that some cars are available at $X amount, yet then you’re hit with some crap reason that changes that. The GPS is crap. They cut into the wiring to install the box. They try to “sell” you the package. All you’re doing is paying for them to track you. If they want to find the car, they’ll do it without you paying. They’re tracking you in case of repo. Save your money. They sell cars way overpriced and some have issues right out of the door. I bought one in 2019, that I paid off early to get rid of their worthless run around. I just considered looking again last week and I’m getting the same crap of hearing one thing and then something different. The i d I o t s have the same car knowledge that you would get from a retail cashier. Avoid at all costs or you’ll regret paying a BMW price for a Kia.

My sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to what I had to say and did not pressure me into buying anything. He explained everything to me and showed me how to work all apps that I need to continue my service agreement Nick is very good
