It was way better than what I was expecting. When I received approved on the app I figured it was a way to get people in the doors. I was expecting the sales person to tell me what I needed instead I was able to tell sales person what my budget was, my down payment and what type of vehicle I needed. It was a pleasant experience.
Jesse was great. He really spent a lot of time with my dad and I to make sure we got approved. The staff overall was so amazing, patient, and supportive with our vehicle search and made sure it was the vehicle I wanted.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze June 20, 2023 and this car has many issues. Three weeks after purchase, my window motor and cable snapped in which was not covered by the warranty, then about a month later I had electrical issues in which my power steering shut off and abs light illuminated while driving on a busy road and my car slowed down. This repair was covered. A week later my car wouldn’t start and discovered an issue with the starter. The starter was replaced with my own money. Same day after the repair my car still had issues starting. The following day the car wouldn’t start at all. I contacted Drivetime to complain and asked to be put into a new car and was told this couldn’t happen because it was beyond 5 days. A trade in would have to be approved by the lender Bridgecrest. I called the lender and was told Drivetime would have to approve. I then had Drivetime customer relations and Bridegcrest on a 3 way because both were pointing to the other for a trade in that neither would approved. I was without my car at this time and all I wanted was a new car, no refund. I feel was sold a lemon because now the car is unsafe to drive because I never know if the car will start or not. Because it is a 2015 I’m outside of the lemon limitations, but this car was misrepresented upon purchase. Especially for someone who is not familiar with cars. I asked questions but was told their cars were inspected throughly. I was also told by the salesman Adrian Gonzales I could bring the car back at any time. I would just have to pay for the mileage beyond 300 miles or 5 days whichever came first. This is another misrepresentation of understanding because they will not take the car back. While I have a warranty, it is k to for emergency. Not to be used EVERY weeks for a different issue. Drivetime was fraudulent in their sales and their policy for return. They need to held accountable because I am now out of a car that was purchased in June. I would like my money back at this point. I do not want a trade in or a new car from them. Please save yourself money and disappointment and shop elsewhere.

I went frustrated thinking I wasn’t going to get a car I was met at the door soon as I walked in Jessie did everything he could to get me into a car I highly recommend this place good quality cars and good customer service thanks again Jessie
If I could give them less than 1 star I would . Starting from the inconsiderate sales associate to the warranty company I 10/10 wouldn’t recommend them to anyone . They sold me a broken car and it was my problem to deal with . They just kept saying they weren’t mechanics and made me keep making unhelpful phone calls .

The sales person who sold us the car was great and trying his very best to be empathetic to our time. However the female worker was very rude to my son. The manager was not so understanding.
The best car buying experience I every had. I walked in 30 minutes before closing and Jay was still willing to help me. I had no idea what I wanted but Jay was patient, informative and easy to talk to. Thanks Jay I appreciate your help!
