If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a car and within a week it was in the shop for major repairs. Drive Time tampered with the timing causing engine troubles. Do Not Buy From Here.

This was my first time getting a vehicle with Drive Time, and I was a little skeptical. I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The process was smooth and easy. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and eager to help, especially Chris D. He was very personable and made us feel at ease with the purchase.

Ok so on September 14, 2023, I purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade. While I was walking around the car, I seen the boarder hanging off the clip I show the salesman he takes it to the back and come back saying it was fixed. I went home. I didn't really drive it the next few days. On Monday I work like 40 minutes from my home, and I noticed it was shaking and riding rough. I drove it again Wednesday and noticed the same thing. I called Drivetime and he said I am sending to a link select a shop you would like to complete the repairs and it will be covered under warranty because you have had it for less than 30 days. Well two shops later and a rental car they refused to pay for vehicle to get repaired saying neglect on my part. How??? Both repair shop say that whoever had the jeep before me ran over something big and showed me a sticker on the fender line show it was new. The warrant provider stated that they called Drivetime to see if they were going to help me out and was told no. The warrant provider also let me know that Drivetime replace the fender liner before I purchased it. So, this make me believe they know there was a problem with the wheels why else replace the fender liner? Be drivetime stated they can't speak with me on what was done to my car before I purchased it. SMH. I have tried to call a corporate office and just continue to get consumer relations department. So, I am stuck with repairs that I did not do!!! Pissed I have used Drivetime for years and even referred friends and family. Never no more

What made my experience so much better is the salesman that was working with me
Had Recently purchased a car that after having it for a couple days it was clear that there were some issues with it. We contacted the location we had purchased it from on the 5th day. I advised them we were seeing some things that were keeping us from loving the vehicle and would like to return it. We arrived a hour later give or take a few minutes. We were promptly met by the manager and the process was started. He had Shelby assist us with finding a vehicle that we felt would be the best fit for us. She was amazing to work with. Really took the time to compaire every option and help us zero in on a vehicle to purches in the others place. They made the process comfortable and as painless as possible. Such an amazing experience I was truly amazed. I would for sure recommend this location.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at DriveTime in Dallas. Pre approval was quick and easy, options were clear Zero Haggling but I appreciated the transparency and the relaxed atmosphere. The first time I arrived I spoke with Luis who was very helpful. I wasn't offered much for my trade so I chose not to purchase that day. Shelby reached out to me and Invited me back and when My favorite Agent arrived back, Luis Perez, I decided to test drive a couple of cars. I was greeted by Carl who remembered me and treated with great care. I found the car I liked 2018 Kia Sorrento in great condition and was very Happy Driving off the lot that day. Thank You staff, Carl, Shelby, And Luis for being so polite helpful and patient with me, and giving me all of the options available to me. This Team Rocks!

He hooked me up with exactly what I wanted in the Dallas location. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place and food to go before I made the 2-hour drive to get my vehicle.
Once I got to the Dallas location, Adam H. took over with the paperwork, getting me insured, etc. He, too, was an amazing person to work with. He made the whole process flow as it should with no surprises. He and Roddy were both very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience!

I really enjoyed the car buying process at drive time . It was really easy and effortless no pressure And most of all unlike other dealerships that I've been to where I feel very pressured and was there up to probably 8 hours I was only at Drive Time for maybe 2 hours probably not even that Absolutely loved how easy and fast it went 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend!
Adam was very good in helpful the car I want air wasn't working they got it fix in 2 days in I end up buying the car I highly recommended them as well as other staff I was offer water to accommodate my wait. In I really feel at home with this company
