Great experience buying a car and trading my old one in!

Jeff H at the East Las Vegas location was absolutely Amazing!!! I definitely recommend going to see him if you need a vehicle. He was Amazing to talk to over the phone, then meeting him in person he was even better! He was very upfront about everything and explained
everything without being pushy or rude.
The entire process was quick and painless. Jeff is the Best!!

My sales person was very knowledgeable, Very friendly and and very helpful. My wife and I had have a good Time with the gentleman. You went over the documents very carefully making sure we understood. This is my fourth car.I'm driving.I'm very happy with each and everyone.

The salesman Danny who helped me was very knowledgeable, and nice. He knows knowledge about cars.

The assistant manager is wonderful but the black male sales agent(I am black as well) is not very nice. I know he can be nice because he was nice to a non black female. He was very monotone and short with me, seemed annoyed by my questions and was not helpful in general. The assistant manager helped me a lot she was very nice and kind, I am glad she was able to help me as I was stressed buying a car last minute.

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima SR 29 days ago and I already have to come out of pocket for rental car expense and for the deductible for the extended warranty because their is clearly something wrong with the transmission. I hit the gas pedal and the car REVS but will barely move. I don’t have the money right now and don’t know what to do. I am a few hundred miles over the free DT warranty and of course they are like sorry! Ugh I feel like I was sold a lemon. 🍋 I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE

Jeff & Elena were professional & courteous. Process of purchasing a vehicle there is quick and easy. They explain everything thoroughly.

I have always that buying a car was a big stressful hassle that involves a lot of negotiating, and getting passed back and forth from commission hungry salesman to distrustful finance guys while sitting in a waiting area drinking stale coffee. And until now, it has been. The people at Drive Time of East Las Vegas have completely changed my opinion on this.
From start to finish, U never felt pressured or like I was just another naive shopper to take advantage of. They were very polite, knowledgeable attentive and while doing all the steps necessary to get me the car I wanted for me, they explained and helped me to get my new car in a way that was actually very relaxed and even enjoyable
I never once felt pressured or hustled and I am very confident that I got a great deal. They have forever changed my opinion on buying from a dealership and I actually look forward to going there again for my future car buying needs.
Thank you Drive Time, I will happily recommend you to anyone I know who's looking to buy a new car.

Danny was great, he hooked me up with a insurance company at the last minute and got me driving the same day. Very helpful and personable. Would recommend you speak to him when you go in if possible. As soon as i walked through the door i was greeted and taken care of right away, and they had free water which was cool.

Daniel was an amazing sales man . It was a nice and easy process drive off with something I wanted bs just settling l. Will refer people here as first time buyers they work with your income

I just called the office on Sahara to ask some questions the lady was very unprofessional she sucked her teeth and said oh my god because I asked for a manager I hate that they even have my social security number I don't even want to go to that office she made me feel very uncomfortable with the fact that they have my information

The store Manager at Sahara and Boulder was very rude. He treated me with disrespect and shouted at me. He walked off and said he would send someone else to help me. I was left standing for 30 minutes outside. I walked in and he was sitting at his desk doing nothing. I was told they don't have the time to show me so many cars. I said I only asked to see 2. Finally someone came to help me. A woman showed up for work, Elana, and she saved me as a customer. I ended up purchasing, but only because I had to bring my brother, a male, up and help me and only then did I receive respect from the staff. Elana was the only person that helped me stay. Las Vegas, Nevada, East side Boulder Hwy and Sahara. I was already frustrated because they sold me a car and when I left it broke down and I was treated like it wasn't a big deal. The store Manager was rude, lazy, and could care less

WAITING TO BE HELPED FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS UNTIL WE MENTIONED "CASH" WILL BE PAID FOR VEHICLE, THEN TOOK HOURS MORE TO COMPLETE THE "PURCHASE" OF VEHICLE. STILL THAAANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME OF WHICH WE WERE TOLD CONSTANTLY THAT SOMEONE WAS COMING IN TO HELP US NEXT. APPARENTLY MORE HELP IS NEEDED, THE END!

Even though this was a long and anxious application approval process the outcome was great.
Interest rate and pricing is high but this was the only dealership that would assist and follow through in putting my family in a vehicle.
