My experience at drive time was excellent Marcus the chief operator and assistant manager was great very curtious and gave us the best help that I could have possibly got if your looking for a place to buy a car I definitely recommend this Fayetteville location and ask for Marcus

Marcus McCue sold me a SUV and I ask…

Marcus McCue sold me a SUV and I ask him about a flashing light, his response was that’s nothing just take to one of vendor and they will reset the light .Liiiies !!! It was more then that. !!!! Dealer and vendor don’t take third part warranty. Crazy part had to drive one hour that take there third party warranty . This part really kill me !!! Took information of My bank to do directly out of My account. Found account number not even there. I can go on . Don’t waste your time , With drive time ??? If you want true honesty and good experience!!!! Go at your own risk Final say car still not complete!!

Everything went very smooth in and out…

Everything went very smooth in and out in an hour and a half. That's a record for a dealership. I already had the car I was interested in picked out. Before I came i called to make sure I wasn't going to show up and be told something other than what I was seeing on the app. I was assured I wasn't being sent a sales gimmick. Awesome awesome job. the car I purchased was clean. And fresh smelling. My only complaint is I traded a car with a full tank of gas and got one almost empty. LoL but that was fine. Good job DriveTime.

Sold a car with cracked windshield.

wouldve rated higher but the car has a crack/chip in the windshield, small piece dangling underneath of car, aswell as my paperwork being messed up so it added to the process. the small piece i can fix, but my windshield? they refuse to fix, told me i can trade in the car for a different one etc etc. ive had this car less than 24hrs. The only reason i saw it was because its now daylight and i cleaned all of that horrific foggy stuff off the windows they had all over the place. called the coverage place i have my stuff through for the extra warranties i purchased and also nothing. if i want it fixed i have to go through my insurance i just got for it, i just spent $3k on it as a downpayment and spent days in the process for getting the car. Wouldve seen it sooner but again didnt see it until AFTER that nasty stuff on the windshield was cleaned off. Would use as a last resort to buy a car, but first choice? far from at this point. Very frustrating that they just sell you a car, its like they dont even double check the car before presenting it to you. i point out the hanging piece while at the dealership, THEY HAD NO CLUE IT WAS THERE. not very thorough in the inspection part apparently. The sales people just try to close the sale once you hit a certain point.
