The DM, David McNair helped us. He was so great and patient. I am a 55 year old financing a car for the first. He made the transaction very easy for me. I just can't enough good things about him.

I had a great experience. Andru Coleman and truly the entire staff was amazing, kind and very friendly.

I went to Drive time one evening after work. No lights in the parking lot almost thought they were closed. My husband and I went in talked to the salesman told him what we was looking for he searched his inventory and we test drove 3 SUV’s. We picked the one we liked. Went inside did all the paperwork. Everyone was nice and courteous. Again, it was dark out the suv was black. We came on home and the next few days the weather was really cold and yucky so I wasn’t standing on ladders to inspect the car. You have like 5 days to return. Next thing I know my husband told me there was cement all over it. I am not a happy camper! I asked plainly was there any damage or had the car been in any accidents? Nooooo it’s all good! DriveTime told me to call the warranty place and see what they said and they said it’s cosmetic we can’t fix it and to top that off we found a place in the windshield where it was busted from a rock. Was we supposed to look at the car yes and we did what we could in a dark parking lot! This is my only complaint! What do you do about it?!

He walked us through all the necessary steps and made sure we understood the process. If you hate pushy snobby sales people then come see Joshua cause his professional manner will impress you.

This company is a joke and a crock of bull crap I spent 3 days trying to buy a car and was told that I was approved for any car on their website went into get the car and they told me that they couldn’t do anything or verify my account after everything was approved

Tavon was very professional and helpful. The entire purchase experience was worry/hassle free. This car buying was the best I've. had and O have purchased several cars prior to this. I would recommend drivetime to anyone looking a great vehicle and great customer service.

Went online and filled out the "Your terms with no hit to your credit" and was told I was approved and to come in. I went in and two guys (forgot their names) welcomed me and my mother and asked did we have a car we was looking at and I said yes they had a buick on hold for me and he said that is no longer available. They told me to go outside and see if i see anything and we saw a Jeep for $10,000 they both laughed and said WHY you want that one??? Cause of the price!! YOu have to roll the windows down. I didnt care about what they was talking about but I did care about how they talked so badly about the car that he tried not to sale that car so he had me look at a 16,000 car to only tell me I need $5000 down and cosigner and denied through their bank. Went to another dealer and was approved and have a car now but the car dealer i went to showed me that Drive time didnt even submit me for approval looked at my credit and left it right there. Remind you my credit score is a 675. So I will say this dont go there and waist your time. Cause they definitely waisted MINE!
