I went to DriveTime in desperate need of a new vehicle due to transmission issues with my old vehicle. Soon as I walked in the door I was helped by an associate. Everyone was so helpful! Will do it again!
My experience at the Drive Time was amazing and too good to be true. The first time I visited the store they did not have the vehicle I was looking for but I was told by Michael they would have more in by next week in which they did. I was not pressured to try other vehicles and I wasnt ignored. The second time I went back there were many new options and I was excited! I saw my baby but I said let me test drive other vehicle. They were all nice SUV,s but you know when you find that certain one. The process was smooth and quick. Luz closed out the deal and gave me a lot of helpful advice that I will take with me for the long run. I left with the security of knowing me and my Nissan Pathfinder is in good hands.

Nick was amazing, I do not live in the area and was in contact with other locations. But Nick was the only one that seem to be actively helping me find the vehicle that would be best for my family! I decided to trust Nick and drove 2 hours to see my SUV!. Days leading up to the day he was able to get all my information verified!!! I got there and the vehicle was everything we discussed. I am so happy with my vehicle.

I got the car at 3 pm Saturday and the car stalled at a light and wouldn't move not even 24 hours after the sale. I had my two kids in the car with me and was put in danger. 20,000 for a lemon? This is my dmsexond purchase from them and have had poor customer service. Do not buy from this agency .my kids and I could have been in serious harm .
