Andrea Perez

The person who assisted me with my sale was great! Her name was Andrea Perez and she helped me secure a deal that I never thought I could get! I would recommend my friends and family to her! She truly went above and beyond 5 ⭐️ to her!!!!

Another employee Maribel helped finalize my deal by assisting with paperwork. She was nice as well. Didn’t get too much time with her.

However, the stores General Manager Bradley was EXTREMELY RUDE, got upset when I did my final checklist before purchasing the vehicle, I found my cars key fobs were low when the message appeared on the dash of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I wrote it on the checklist and he went out to review the message on my dash. He came back said nothing was wrong and I told him my husband and I just saw it, I went out to check and he had erased the messages on the dash. I came back in and told him and he kept saying no, no, nothing was there basically calling me a liar. Key fob batteries are inexpensive, if the responsibility was on me… no big deal.. but DON’T call me a liar!! He also made me fill out another checklist sheet with no negative comments or markings. My husband and I also heard him yelling and cursing at another employee who had went to ask him a question, very disgusting and unprofessional behavior. I was shocked.

The minute I got home after about a 20 minute drive, guess what popped up on my dash.. a low key fob alert so I went the next day and got the $7 batteries replaced. Like I mentioned it’s not the price, it was the principle and attitude.

I went to Drivetime to pick up my car after reserving it, I was excited and happy all for Bradley to put a REAL DAMPER on my experience. I left upset and my purchasing experience should not have been like that.

A nurse needing a new…

As a home health nurse I needed a new reliable car Andrea Perez got me in and out not only was she super relatable but made me feel like a friend i left blessed

As simple As 1.2.3.

We met with Aaron. He actually had another family he was working with. Aaron multitasked like a Pro! He was kind, professional and helpful. There were no surprises no haggling. I set my terms online, reserved the car and went for the test drive. An hour later we were out the door.

Jay was awesome

Jay was awesome! Friendly and helpful... He was a pleasure to work with. Love the team at the Montclair location. They are all so helpful and courteous. Thanks again to Jay for all his help.

The sales person Jay didn’t know much

The sales person Jay didn’t know much, he would get frustrated make faces when I would ask questions, constantly making jokes, mocking me along with the other sales person that sat in front of him was doing the same thing, making fun of the things that I would say when I was being serious. It took forever to get the sales done when I would ask questions and how things worked I would be ignored. It wasn’t the best experience that I’ve ever had. I wanted to put my daughter on the vehicle with me on the note and use her as a cosigner, and they would not even allow me to do that. They just ignored me. They told me that at the end that my daughters credit being so good, would affect me buying a car. I believe that is bizarre when I’m trying to do my best to help her and myself. When I told him that in the state of California, there’s a law that the tires need to be in a sequence for the serial numbers need to match because none of the tires matched and they were worn and I asked them to replace it , they laughed at me that they’ve never heard of such a thing but it is the law because I was in a lawsuit with Goodyear and the judge said that the state of California the tires are supposed to have a matching sequence back to back so if you have four tires, it Hass to be 1234 that’s in just an example But they told me that wasn’t true that I’m just making it up when I was in a federal court dealing with the situation of my daughter being paralyzed because of a blowout. All they did was laugh and I didn’t find that very funny. They need better customer service while we were sitting there, the employee that was sitting in front of Jay said in this please when we work here we need to wipe our own asses and get the work done and nobody needs to be doing work for you and that was loud and that is so unprofessional and to drop it off I had my two grandbabies with me and they heard that and we don’t talk like that at home.

I found a car I liked signed and…

I found a car I liked signed for it and all then when I left I got called to say the car I signed for was reserved and I had to wait to see if I got it or find new car. Then there system went down. They next day I was there for over 3 hours because they were having more technical difficulties. And despite being there over 3 hours the guy going to get me gas because they were going to let me drive off with a quarter tank, stopped and got food not caring I was still waiting on him.

I had the best experience with Sophia…

I had the best experience with Sophia who helped friendly very detailed honest I would recommend anyone who is interested in a car to go to Montclair drive time . Drive time offers a lot now to the purchase then they did back in 2007. So worth it getting a vehicle from them

Angel’s The Man!!!

Angel went above and beyond to make sure things were quick, professional, and correct(I came over on my lunch break). After test driving two of my selections I told Angel what I didn’t like and he said, “I got one for you!” And knew exactly what to get, he pulled around a KIA soul. This was a car that I’d completely bypassed due to its ridiculous hamster commercials but he showed me a different body style than the commercial that I hated… I loved it and took it home that day when I’d previously planned to look around and return a week later. Anytime I called or text while getting my documents together he called back quickly.
