Totally feel lied too but Drivetime. Just brought this car and immediate it has almost $2000 worth repairs and then the warranty company Silver Rock has a bad reputation of not paying so mechanics are worried then the adjuster tells the mechanic to adjust the prices as if they want to give me cheap parts when I shouldn't be taking this truck in at all..the salesman may have been nice but he is dishonest along with the manager who informed me after I asked why did you tell me these vehicles received a through inspection His response we just sell the cars, I didn't receive a folder.with all my paperwork and my first car buying experience has been ruined I should have taken the car back and kept paying cash or went to a major dealership. Now I have to get my attorney involved to make sure I don't get screwed even more by Drivetime and Silver Rock..I was desperate for a car and I should've went with my gut, a straight nightmare for a hard working mom. Smh

I purchased a vehicle from DriveTime Morrow on 5/29. As soon as I left the lot, the tire pressure light came on. I had to stop and put air in the tires before continuing home. The next day, 5/30, while driving home from work, the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with Ralph to express my concerns and informed him I wanted to return the vehicle.
Instead of assisting with a return, I was transferred to another department and told I would need to take the vehicle to Pep Boys for inspection. I was also informed that no rental vehicle would be provided in the meantime.
This has been a very frustrating experience, especially so soon after purchase. I expected a more reliable vehicle and better customer service. I hope this helps others make an informed decision when considering DriveTime in Morrow.

The down payment was much higher than they approved me for when I got to the store. The car that they approved me for was not the car they had in the dealership. Then when they got my pay stubs showing I get paid Bi-monthly was not what they put in my paperwork. when I pointed the error, they stated my payments would be due Bi-monthly. After setting up my automated draft to come out, it was coming out on other days of the month. I called Bridgecrest to get my payments fixed to Bi-monthly instead of Bi-weekly, they stated they could not do it for 6 months! So I was making 3 payments a month some months. They refused to fix it even after 6 months. I got no late notices, no letters and no phone calls. It just showed late payments and tons of late fees on my online account. the late fees and late payments got me behind due to them saying I got paid Bi- weekly and were charging me for that third payment every month. That would have made me pay 900.00 a month instead of 600.00. I never got a phone call for late payment. I never received late notices in the mail. They even had a list of my contacts, and never reached out to them. After a year of having this car, they refused to change my payment dates to twice monthly. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! When I see their commercials on TV, it literally makes me sick!! Stay away from this place!!

This is so hard for me because I had a great experience in the center. I was so excited about the purchase of my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium from this location. After purchasing it, within less than 6 months it had to have an engine replacement. Thank God, I purchased the Silver Rock Warranty, and the replacement was covered. Although, I could not understand how a vehicle that needed a new engine could be out for a consumer to purchase, but nonetheless I was still glad I was able to get the repairs. So, I’m thinking a brand new engine all should be well. Over the next few months I had to take my vehicle back to the shop for one issue after the next, related to engine issues. The repair facility was amazingly kind, thorough and professional. They told me that they specialize in engine replacements and have NEVER had this much trouble with a replacement. After going back to this location to see if I could get another vehicle for the same price or to see if they could help me, I was abruptly and curtly turned away while being told it’s past the five day return (which to me is unrealistic because most of the time issues do not show themselves within 5 days) BUT I respect the policy and the process. I was referred to the corporate office. I contacted them and I really wish I had of obtained the gentleman’s name. He was kind and placed me on hold a few times to see what he could do. He came back and said that all purchases were final and that I was outside of the return window. So I made it through November and December 2024 with no issues….fast forward to now the end of January and here I am back at the repair facility facing a 1,127.00 bill that Silver Rock has now denied the claim with no explanation as to why. Fuel has leaked into my evac cylinder AND even when I pay for these repairs another noise was heard in the engine and I will eventually have to have that checked and it may be covered. SO I still owe 21,109. on this vehicle and even if I try to get out from under it I will still be upside down in it or I can voluntarily give it to the finance company and have it on my credit for the next 7 years. The sad reality is that this lot sold me a LEMON. I understand other people may have had successes with Drivetime, but this was my first time experience with them and it has been a nightmare. I am just approaching the year mark of having this vehicle and I feel like I have had it for years. I don’t understand not having a policy in place for correcting an error you made, which is selling a defected vehicle. I’m not saying it was knowingly done but once you realize it was done, the company should have procedures in place to fix it. Buyer please be aware. You must choose wisely.

My Rep had to do everything, from answering calls to going from one desk to another , while still trying to complete my deal and get my contract together. Seemed ridiculous, especially when you had other members who instead of sitting around at their desk , could’ve help assist potential buyers when they walked in the door, instead of my Rep having to take care of everyone.
