Salespeople are not honest
Car I wanted and was only coming here was sold today, I texted and spoke to someone regarding the black Altima because my husband was out of town til today, nobody met us here , he told us to go walk around the parking lot to look for something else, while he stayed in the AC, I saw a couple I'd consider but obviously your sales person doesn't want to sell cars, I've been getting texts and calls yesterday because I had $5000 to put down on that Altima And would take my car as a trade in instead of waiting on me to sell it, Was told we'd do everything Tuesday, so I left because he said I musta spoke with someone at corporate, I also checked your car prices vs. KBB and your prices are way more than your cars are worth. My son was going to go through you as well to buy a vehicle but I talked him out if it, I'll never do business with people who promise one thing & then blow up my phone making sure I'm coming still then sell the cat knowing I had a 1:00 appointment regarding purchasing that car.
You shouldn't tell people things and do the opposite, I'm taking it as a sign, that car will probably break down soon & cost that person more money to fix it, blessing in disguise. Your car dealership should be shut down the way you lie to people to get them to pick a different car. No thank you, my son was buying a car from them & after this he won’t be.

Buyer beware!
I am extremely dissatisfied! I purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu from the Conway, SC dealership on 04/01/2023. The check engine light started to show on 05/17. At one point the car would not go over 20mph. The car is throwing 20 codes! I do not want to keep the vehicle with electrical and/or transmission issues occurring so soon after purchase. I wanted a reliable vehicle for my son, so I did not have to worry about incidents such as this, who doesn't wish for peace of mind when it comes to the vehicles your children drive? I contacted the dealership and of course, because 30 days have already passed, they will not help in any sort of way, not even take their defective car back and trade it for one without issues. Bridge Crest will not help by tacking the next few payments to the end of the loan because the loan is so new so basically everyone is washing their hands and not helping. I am stuck paying for repairs on a vehicle that in all likelihood will give me issues down the road and stop again, in the middle of the highway nonetheless, with my teenage son driving while attempting to keep payments current at the same time. It is hard for me to believe this dealership did not know that this car was having issues. I have never dealt with any dealership that does not stand by their vehicles like DriveTime apparently does not, not even when I have bought $3,000 cars. Drivetime should be ashamed of themselves for this!
