They sold my a car that look like it…
They sold my a car that look like it was fine no damages but after two day my check engine light came on the shifter started to act up so they told me to call silver rock for the warranty and my car been in and out of the shop ever since and Its not even a whole month as yet now it’s at the dealership and they want me to pay out of pocket and the warranty not even up yet I would never ever go back to a DriveTime to by a car rather go to a public auction

From the moment I walked through the door your entire staff was welcoming and polite. The energy was upbeat. I just felt like my husband and I were in the right place. Then Laval, he handle us with care. He found the perfect car for me. It took only 24hours to ride away. I wish I had came earlier in the day.

I purchased a 2020 Chevorlet Equinox…
I purchased a 2020 Chevorlet Equinox and the inside was dirty look like it had dog hair all on the back seat and in the trunk area. The outside and inside of the car was dirty. I’m still trying to clean the dog hair out of the vehicle. There were no floor mats or an owner’s manual in the car.. Have have been to other DriveTime locations and the vehicles I test drove was clean inside and out.I really like the vehicle I purchased I just wish it would have been on the inside and outside with floor mats.
