Ross the salesman was really nice and I met the manager at the store. No issues there. Cars seemed reasonably priced and reliable. We did purchase. Issue I have is the percentage rate you charge. During COVID I lost my business and in turn couldn’t pay my bills so my credit took a huge hit. Basically I lost everything. Now trying to recover and pick my self up and get not only my life but my credit back on track. I totally feel like Drivetime takes advantage of someone down on their luck by charging such a high interest rate. When I was at the lot I was the only one there and I know why. I can afford the extremely high payment and will make it until I can refinance my loan. There is a huge difference between giving someone a chance to rebuild and taking advantage of them because of whatever has happened in their life. That’s my 2 cents. Know it doesn’t matter. But! One day after purchase car shut down. Spent 270 dollars for a battery. Pulled battery out of car and stated right on top of battery. 90 day warranty. Who does that.

We look at four factors when it comes to the overall financing options. That includes your income, credit score, and the vehicle you select, which can affect that fourth factor, the required down payment. We accept outside financing as well if you are not satisfied with the approval options offered by our financing partner, Bridgecrest.
We also offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers time to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle or financial terms, the vehicle may be returned within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays) and terminate the Simple Interest Retail Installment Contract. The VRP guidelines are outlined on page one of your Retail Purchase Agreement.

They were awesome
They were awesome, had to wait two weeks to be able to get full coverage insurance because of a hurricane (natural disaster.) They were so helpful, patient and completely interested in getting me a vehicle that i truely wanted to be in. I changed my mind on vehicles three times, and each time they went through everything with me make sure it was something I could really be happy owning. I have recommended them to all my family and friends, and they have my business for life.
