The south bend location Jesshonna was amazing got me n and was out within 45 mins thank you and I love my jeep.

Zach made my experience as great as it could be. From his welcoming smile as me and my daughter entered without an appointment and only to inquire about the business to leaving with a wonderful vehicle is absolutely amazing & that’s what I call good , professional service that’s not easy to find these days!

I had such a great experience at DriveTime in Mishawaka, especially with Zach and Joe! I came in extremely stressed and overwhelmed after my alternator went out and having to make a last-minute, same-day decision about getting a vehicle. Zach and Joe were upfront, honest, and took the time to explain everything to me in full without making me feel pressured. Lance was fantastic. He and his team made the purchase fun and exciting and would entice me to return for another.
Drive Time would benefit from allowing transfers of stock to other stores, or multiple appointments. Several times I had one sold before my appointment or there wasn't one available locally.

Great people. Very unknowledgeable. Eager to help. Car buying process is not as long as other dealerships. It is nice to be able to go to a dealer and not feel pressured into buying a car. They went about and beyond to help me get into another vehicle. I should have came to Drive Time long ago.
