The lady that helped me was Wonderful
The lady that helped me( Leaira Talford) at the South Houston Tx location was Wonderful. She went above and beyond. The manager was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! What he told me before I got there, was NOT the same as when I got there. I feel taken advantage of, and I would NOT recommend that location as long as he is manager!

While I was there Eric was my car salesman and he went over and beyond to make sure I drove off the lot with what I wanted. And the manager Greg introduced his self and made sure I was taken care of. Awesome experience. Awesome caring workers.

Buying a Car
On September 26, 2022 I decided to walk into DriveTime to buy a car but didn't understand what their procedures was. I saw Eric and he explained everything to me and also to me it was a 5min response from the bank. My results came back quick. The results was quicker than dealing with and actual dealership. I'm enjoying my 2017 Nissan Altima SR. Thank you Eric for helping me with everything and having a quick response to any questions I have.
