Fast and friendly service

Jeff made my time before getting to the dealership so efficient, he was very helpful along the way. Since my son bought a car at the same time he had Shawn help me, I was in and out in no time.

Stay far away from this dealership

Stay far away from this dealership. They use deceptive practices. I purchased a 2015 BMW in Aug of 2024 it was discovered with in less than two weeks that the vehicle needed brakes/rotors me and my children could have been in an accident. Further more the car had issues with oil component and gasket. I’ve paid over 5,000 in repairs and haven’t had the vehicle for a year. Silver rock warranty is a joke they cover almost nothing. Drive time screwed me and family in a tremendous way as my vehicle is my lively hood. Totally disgusted with Drive time and staff.

I have a "fear" of buying a new car…

I have a "fear" of buying a new car from past experiences...
I was anxious all morning knowing that it was time, did a lot online prior to scheduling an appointment!
I walked in to Drive Time, it was comfortable, I was greeted by several of the associates, they were prompt, knowledgeable, but most of all listened to what I needed to achieve!
I left around 2:30 pm in a Jeep Wrangler & trust me I am a Jeep girl, was pumped!
Thank you took the entire staff, but most of all Joe, I trusted his opinion & it made my buying experience amazing!
I will 💯 % go to drive time 1st when needing my next car!

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD

I couldn't be more grateful to Jasmine and the entire crew at DriveTime for my purchase on 21 Dec 2024. She was kind, funny, thoughtful, and anticipated everything I was going to ask before I even had the chance to ask it! Those two hours felt like 30 minutes, and I honestly thought I'd be there even longer than that! I've never had a car buying experience like this - if you're used to the traditional "dealership buying way," you need to try DriveTime, because you won't want to go back to doing it the hard way. THIS WAS EASY! Thanks so much!

I got a lemon

I wish I could give less. I can’t even begin to say how angry I am. I showed up at 4:00 only to be there until after closing. After 7:00 it felt rushed only After time for them to go home. No terms or prices were discussed. I feel like stuff was added that I didn’t have to have. No one showed us or discussed that is be paying almost $50k on a $20k vehicle. Not even a week later and the motor is knocking and this warrant company is a joke. I’ve had to help myself. I haven’t even drive it 500 miles. I think I may need a lawyer. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost!!!!

*Thank you for the useful information. Unfortunately this happened on day 4 but I was not aware of the 5 day return. That would have been great, I would have loved to just trade it in than go through the headache and hassle of trying to get this one fixed and still not having a much need second vehicle.

Yeah I would suggest getting it looked…

Yeah I would suggest getting it looked at before purchase. My car engine blew up 2 weeks after I got it. Pittsburg Pa location. Suggest not going here. They won’t accommodate till car is fixed.

Was speaking to Joi over the phone…

Was speaking to Joi over the phone about my Tag's! She needs a new job or an attitude adjustment! Very rude and tried to tell me how title work in the state of Maryland works. I DO IT EVERY DAY!!!! You can't BS it with me!

bad business

Scammers…bad business, don’t waste your time u will regret it. Taught I was making the right decision with financing a car with DriveTime, worst thing I’ve ever did. By day 6 I was having issues with the car was told to take the car to an in-network mechanic shop in which I did now have to wait for their approval process while in the mean time I have to rent cars until the car is fixed which took about 4 days to fix. Now a year later another problem the engine is bad…don’t make the mistake and deal with these people they’re bad business

I just had a really messed up…

I just had a really messed up experience with drive time I went up there gave them all my information she came back and she said $295 down $500 a month I agree to it I was going to get into a 2019 Chevy equinox with 100,000 miles on it which I know that's a lot but I really needed a car I said when I already got to do she said I need proof of insurance and the down payment of 295 I said okay I don't have it on me I will be back Monday. I went back she wasn't there the guy that was there said I need your most recent pay stub I said I gave you all my pay stubs he said yeah but you got paid on Friday I said okay but you approved me off of my last two pay stubs why do you need this one okay no big deal I gave him this one he said my income doesn't fit the criterias because I missed two days of work on this pay period so it dropped my income and I wasn't eligible for a car now. Oh I didn't tell you the best part I sold my other car to someone else that morning transferred it over and everything because they told me all I needed to do was bring the 295 payment and approve of insurance and it's my car yeah okay. But JD byriders is the same way I went out there and spent two hours after they told me on the phone that I was approved all I needed to do is bring all my paperwork out so they can make copies of everything and a hundred dollar down payment I spent 2 hours out there for them to come back and stay up never mind we can't do nothing for you
