As far as the customer service and the friendliness of the staff at the Stone Mountain location I have no complaints. However, I had my car for 2 weeks and I went to start my car and it would not start. I took it to a mechanic per the warranty and my car has gone through all types of diagnostic tests. Just to find out that the starter modem was faulty and the transmission is shot!!!! I got to drive it two weeks!!!!!! It seems like I was sold a lemon. The starter modem is shot, the tag on the car states that the oil was changed, but the mechanic says the oil and transmission fluid were black!!!! There are metal shavings in the transmission fluid and the transmission itself. Not to mention that there are two coils that are misfiring!!! So I now have to pay for a car that I can not drive or even had the chance to enjoy!!!! Just to be told today that it will take another two weeks because the warranty company has to approve the transmission repair!!!!!!! This process is too long and this is bad business!!!!!

Very nice staff!
We had to drive to 2 seperate places. I wish they still could deliver between drive times and while we thought things would be done at a reasonable rate of speed. Things were discombobulated. Just a break down in communication, but in the end they finished strong. Got us great deal and beautiful car with a smile on their faces. Very sweet and Courteous staff. This is our second vehicle we have bought at this location.
