Alessandro was absolutely phenomenal
Alessandro was absolutely phenomenal! I have horrible anxiety and I HATE car shopping. My husband and I wanted to purchase an SUV and I have to say it was the BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had car shopping. Alessandro was enthusiastic, intelligent, witty, humble and 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED. I can't say enough kind words to convey the satisfaction and gratitude we have for this young man. I bought my car at a spur of the moment. Kayla and Jamall helped me and I must say, they were wonderful. They have the most outstanding personalities and so friendly and professional. had no issues with signing, everything was explained simply, and I got the car I was wanting. I highly recommend DriveTime for future purchases. Carlos is the GM at the Tallahassee location and outside of being a friendly, well spoken, and professional manager, he is a lot of help.
