DriveTime sold us a car with…
DriveTime sold us a car with undisclosed structural damage, then ignored every attempt to resolve it. After dozens of calls, emails, and even state complaints, they’ve offered nothing but silence and excuses. On top of that, their arbitration-only contracts strip away your right to take them to court. Predatory, dishonest, and absolutely not to be trusted.

If that were true, then Liza N. would have assisted us in resolving the issues - she didn’t. Instead, her response was simply, “it’s a used car.” Inauthentic attempts at managing optics are in poor taste.

If I could give a zero i would!!
If I could give a zero i would!!! Do not buy a car from here. I bought a truck in October 2023 and it has been in the shop on their maintenance program, if you bought it, since February. I need out of my contract after 3 engine replacements later,thousands of dollars later, me spending money on what should have been found prior to buying it, and the company they work with sends the same engine back.i have been to 3 mechanics. I'm paying monthly payments on a truck I haven't had in my possession since March 2024
