Registered for the service 6 days ago...was on a waiting list for a few days...then paid my £20... a cancellation slot was booked for my son today. 6 weeks earlier than our original slot. Checked on the dvla website and all seems correct.We did use all 5 test centre options..had full date flexibility and enabled the autobook. Very happy with service.

Straight forward to use successful results

Out of the four cancellation apps I subscribed to, only Driving Test Cancellations 4 All found and offered me an earlier driving test (by 85 days!!) at my local Driving Test centre. Would definitely recommend based on my experience, and I passed!!

Amazing, I was notified yesterday morning I was at the top of the waiting list, paid £20 and today they auto booked me a test within my time frame. Highly recommended.

I got a test date that fits my preference and I got it within two weeks of joining. A brilliant service and customer service outstanding with regular updates. I also learned that you can receive money by recommending the service to others people

This company will take your money upfront and find nothing for you, so they have no risk! They will use everything they can within the T&C to stop any refund for no service! Please check other companies that offer the same service and only take payment when they find something! This is a scam! If you do use them be sure to use a credit card so at least the credit card company can fight them for you!

Total waste of time for me - 3 months on the premium service not a sniff of anything - Signed up for Testi and test moved forward by 1 week within 5 days but ultimately sitting on the change test sight clicking refresh myself after getting a heads up from an instructor someone was cancelling that night got me a test next day. I emailed customer service around 2 weeks ago and have not even had a reply - Avoid

I had rescheduled 3 times and still managed to get a slot when I needed it. Top class service. Customer support lines were super helpful and understanding

Totally useless and do not do what they advertise. Happy to take the money though. Received no notifications in the 2 weeks we had the app. Logged on once ourselves and managed to secure an earlier test. Why did we not receive a notification about this earlier appointment? Because the app is useless that is why. We pursued a refund via paypal, but they challenged and refused this so do not believe the replies to the 1 star reviews about reaching out with a customer service email address to fix the issue. Money grabbers.

Update 7th September - emailed the customer care email address provided on 26th August, see if they can redeem themselves. No response!! As said before, con artists. Avoid like the plague.

Update 19th September - still no reply. Not even an acknowledgement. The company say in another review response that they do not ignore emails. They do!

Very efficient and genuine service, keep it up.

We're in a smaller test area. They managed to get us a booking 90 days earlier than our own within one day! Good value

This service is an absolute scam. If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what I’d give.
It’s completely useless – I managed to secure an earlier appointment faster on my own than with their so-called system, which didn’t even notify me when slots were available.
What makes it worse is the refusal to issue a refund. I paid for the most expensive plan, they failed to deliver on their promise, and yet they still kept my money.
Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – avoid this service at all costs.

Please don’t bring up your so-called “Money Back Guarantee” again – it’s a complete joke. Your Customer Service already told me I won’t get a refund because I managed to book an appointment myself, which apparently means I “broke” your T&Cs. Absolute nonsense.

If your useless app actually worked, I wouldn’t have had to do the booking manually in the first place. The reality is I got the slot myself, while your service never sent me a single notification from start to finish.

Stop hiding behind excuses – this is a rip-off.

Excellent service for a minimal additional fee. Our son failed his first test back last month but was ready to go again. DVLA site earliest availability was 05 December 2025 so not happy about that we was recommended this site & they didn’t disappoint. Brilliant if he didn’t pass his test yesterday (which he did) we would have used them again definitely. 👍

Save 74 days on my test and passed and first attempt. Thanks for making this happen Driving Test Cancellations 4 all.
