Used Gautam for one 2 hour lesson as we drove up from Hertfordshire for a driving test as could not get one locally for 6 months! He was amazing, really helped my son and would 100% recommend his services.

I have had a wonderful experience with Driving Innovation! I needed to get a licence within a 2 months as I started a new job that I had to drive to. I was struggling to find an instructor that was confident that they would meet the challenge! I contacted Gautam and I could tell he understood the urgency of the situation. Although he couldn’t fit me in, he was able to arrange all my lessons and ensured he stayed in touch with my instructor to make sure we stuck to the very tight schedule. I was recommended to him by a friend and I'm so glad I chose to take lessons with him. I've had a few driving instructors in the past, but Gautam has a special talent for making you feel at ease behind the wheel. He was always patient and willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how many times I asked. One thing that stood out to me was that he provided a printed sheet to explain the Porkpie roundabout, which was extremely helpful.

Gautam also sent me various resources to refer to for driving, which I found very useful. What really impressed me was that he allowed me to drive his brand new car without being overly choosy or restrictive about it. It was incredibly kind of him to trust me with his car. Additionally, he made necessary adjustments to the car to accommodate individual students, such as putting dots in the car to help with parking alignment, and he taught the maneuver so well that it became easy for me to do.

Another thing I appreciated was that whenever Gautam taught a rule of the road, he provided a thorough explanation with it, making things much more understandable and easier to remember. His approach to teaching was comprehensive and thoughtful. I can't thank Gautam enough for his guidance and support as my driving instructor. He really went above and beyond to ensure that I not only learned the technical aspects of driving but also understood the reasoning behind it. Gautham taught my daughter to drive on a 30 hour manual intensive course in her own car. He communicated the price & lesson plan clearly. Teaching quality was very clear, calm & he prepared her extremely well for her test. He was professional & provided her with confidence by making a conscious effort to provide links for test day requirements. She passed first time with two minor faults! He even refunded her for two lessons explaining that she was test ready. This shows he is not teaching for the money but genuinely cares about the cost of lessons. There’s nothing negative we have to say.
