That's scam

That's scam. Has been reported by others as a misleading third-party service that charges for tasks like changing a driving licence address—services that are free when done directly through the official GOV.UK site. Website looks like official website but they ask sensitive personal information:

National Insurance number

Mother’s maiden name

Birth name and town

These can be used for identity theft (e.g., opening accounts in your name, phishing, benefits fraud).
