Extras, Indifference, Pressure and Lack of Proper Maint.
Had to first wait for a shuttle to take us to an off-site location. At the counter, I/We were pressured to buy additional insurance and options the total of which would have more than doubled the cost of the prepaid amount
Got a car with damage and poor repair (no walk around offered).
Floor mat was so damaged that it caused a loss of control of the vehicle. I've opened a ticket with Drivo/ACE's customer support and the NJ BBB (of which they are not registered).
The only PRO was the shuttle bus driver who, upon seeing the trouble my wife was having getting into the shuttle, repositioned the shuttle closer to the curb so my wife could get in.

I had reservation with this company in February and it is now May and I have not received my deposit back. I've been in contact with Steve for months about this matter and he told me there was an issue with the deposit being refunded back to my debit card. He proceeds to say they will have to mail a check. I stated I moved and gave him my current address, he reassured me that he got the correct information to management to mail the check. Weeks go by and still no check. So I reach back out, he then says it was sent to my old address and go collect my check! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to tell a client to go collect a check that was sent to the wrong address after saying he would send it to the correct address. I have the whole email thread to prove our interaction as well. I will NEVER use this company again and wouldn't recommend anyone to either.

Prices great! Car had 95 miles so brand new. Bring your car insurance paperwork to prove you are covered (that’s why not a 5 star). Boukare was my driver back to airport. Pleasant and helpful.

Stay away, deceptive and poor experience
I rented a vehicle through Expedia, it was low cost through Ace rent a car and somehow I ended up with Drivo. The vehicle was dirty and smelled like smoke, definetly not what normal rental car companies provide. They service was poor and the ended up not releasing my $200 deposit for weeks (for no reason). Also their tolls charges were shady as they charge the highest toll possible, even when the off-peak tolls applied. The staff is was also well below industry norm in terms of professionalism. I will avoid both Ace and Drivo in the future.

I rented a car from Fez Airport in Morocco for seven days. When I arrived, I was told that my credit card could not be accepted because my first name was not printed on it. I am from the Netherlands, where credit cards often do not include a first name.
The staff then told me I had to pay an additional €70 in cash, which I found unreasonable and unfair. I refused to pay this extra fee, as there was no way for me to know about this requirement in advance. The website only states that the cardholder’s name must be on the credit card, which was the case, it does not specify that both first and last names must be included.
I tried to resolve the situation, but in the end, they insisted that I could only take the car if I left a cash deposit and paid the additional €70 in cash. I found this unacceptable. They advised me to cancel the booking if I did not agree, so I canceled and rented a car from another company at the airport instead.
I will not use this service again.

I have filed complaints with the BBB and NY Attorney General.
I experienced excessive delays (2½-hour shuttle wait and 45–60 minutes at the facility). Three days into the rental, the vehicle had a flat tire. I was told I was responsible for roadside assistance and paid $96, only to discover the vehicle had no spare tire. I then paid $15 to repair the tire. I also received a parking ticket because the car could not be moved. I am requesting reimbursement and compensation due to unsafe vehicle conditions and lack of support.
Resolution Requested:
Reimbursement of $111, coverage of parking ticket, and compensation for delays and poor service.
This rental vehicle was unsafe due to the absence of a spare tire.
