Went for a consultation with Dr Mariam about the skin around my neck and how to achieve the results I wanted. She was so lovely, helpful and talked me through best options. The whole team at Baker Street were absolutely incredible and so knowledgeable.

I had a really good experience at Dr Leah with Darcie. Darcie is knowledgeable and take the time to explain you what is the best treatment for your skin. After the treatment my skin felt clean, fresh and glowing.

I recently had an Ultra Therapy treatment at Dr Leah with a wonderful and highly experienced practitioner, Rasa. She was very welcoming and professional, which made the experience comfortable.

Honestly, for me, the treatment was quite painful, especially around the eyes and forehead. However, the discomfort passed quickly, and Rasa kept communicating with me throughout, which was very reassuring.

I am yet to see the results, as it can take up to three months for them to fully appear, but I appreciated the care and professionalism throughout the session.

Extremely disappointed! I had my first consultation with Dr Leah which should have taken 40 minutes but I was in there for 20 minutes and it felt rushed. I had more questions but didn’t get to ask. She wrote my options on a scrape of paper. What a waste of £150.00! Also not the most welcoming place as one of the Receptionist was quite standoffish but the younger girl was nice! Overall this was such a terrible consultation that I feel extremely unhappy I had paid £150.00 for this awful experience! I would definitely not recommend anyone going there!

In response to your reply as a General Manager you come across very defensive and clearly have disregarded my complaint of Dr Leah’s consultation with me was rushed and inadequate! Again I would reiterate that my experience with Dr Leah and your Receptionist fell below poor adequacy and I would not recommend anyone using your services!

Dr Jessica was amazing, she took time to discuss my treatment and the result I wanted, she really took the time to understand me and gave me options of how the outcome could be achieved. She also provided me with helpful information on other treatments I’m interested in. She is very professional, had a great energy and friendly, she really put me at ease. I would highly recommend her.

Great care and services

I had a really great experience with Katie at the Baker Street Clinic. She helped me with my pigmentation problem and really helped me feel comfortable in something I was insecure about! Very fast results!

From start to finish, the lovely lady at reception was so kind, caring & reassuring.
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Sidra Shakir who was incredible.
She was thorough, caring, professional & talked me through everything.

I had filler taken out, which had formed a small hard lump by my right eye & wouldn’t go down over time!
So I needed confidence that I was in the right hands, which I certainly was with
Dr Sidra Shakir.
I had 2 appointments with Dr Shakir, consultation & test patch and the 2nd appointment was Hyaluronidase.
Every injection was done with care.
I literally can’t thank her enough, she explained everything to me, made me feel safe & gave me confidence back in the Anaesthetic world!
I will never go anywhere else again!

I couldn’t be happier today. I was supposed to do a patch test to see how my skin reacts to laser treatment and instead Katie (Baker Street clinic) advised this will get it worse as I have melasma.
I got lots of information about it and got a perfect skin care to reduce the darkness on the skin. I will be using a combination of Obagi products now. Clear FX and Retinol 1%
I really trust this place and I love how they look after me. Looking forward to starting the routine.

I’ve been seeing Katie at Dr. Leah for over 5 years, and I can honestly say she is nothing short of exceptional. Her skill, knowledge, and attention to detail are unmatched. My skin has been consistently hydrated, smooth, and even-toned thanks to her expert care and tailored treatments. Katie doesn’t just “do” facials—she truly understands skin and takes the time to ensure the results last. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and well looked after. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Dr Leah’s Clinic. Every single member of staff was friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful — I felt in safe hands from the moment I walked through the door.

Dr Leah herself is incredibly honest and clear. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and her bedside manner is second to none. I had a thread lift and a series of other treatments to improve the appearance of my neck and chin, and I honestly can’t believe the difference it’s made. People keep telling me how good I look!

I was terrified at the idea of having anything done — the videos of thread lifts online looked quite scary — but it was nothing like that in reality. Dr Leah kept me calm, chatted to me throughout, and before I knew it, it was all over.

It was painful at first, and I experienced all the side effects mentioned in the leaflet, but the clinic rang me the next day to check in and reassure me, which I really appreciated — even though I already felt well-informed.

The results have been absolutely worth it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Leah and her amazing team. I’m so glad I chose this clinic.

So refreshing to meet a Dr who does not sell you something that they know won’t work on your specific problem.
Dr Leah is not only extremely knowledgeable, she is someone I can trust and count on for the right advice and therefore the right treatment.

Amazing experience at Dr Leah’s London. Had the Em sculpt neo on tummy and can see results after 1 treatment. Will def be back for the second one.
Everyone was so lovely and friendly. The lady that did my treatment was fantastic.
Also 2 mins from Baker st tube so easy to get too.

I have been multiple times to the Baker Street clinic to get a blackhead extraction facial done by Katie. Katie is very professional and my skin looks and feels much better. Can highly recommend!

I’ve had a really good experience with laser hair removal at this clinic. Katie has been fantastic—she’s professional, friendly, and always makes sure I’m comfortable during the sessions. She explains everything clearly and takes her time to do the treatment properly.
