I had all but given up hope, having been ignored and bounced around different understaffed NHS services when I saw a recommendation on Mumsnet for Dr Morton. I have suffered from recurrent miscarriages and a combination of hypothyroidism and other factors meant I should have been receiving integrated healthcare. Dr Morton stepped in when others wouldn’t and has been a godsend. I am a subscribing customer and have found the online portal and access to various Drs via the phone consultation excellent. Everything has been arranged efficiently, including blood tests, prescriptions and letters to continue treatment via the NHS. I am feeling hopeful now and genuinely believe it’s Dr Morton that is giving my current pregnancy the best chance of progressing.

My experience was brilliant with Dr Morton. I had a phone call consultation and she explained everything to me for the first time in my life in a way where no one had helped me understand my health issues before. As a woman with fertility issues, I was able to get the essential help that I needed within hours, which I would have struggled to achieve on the NHS. I started using this service back in February 2025 as I had had no luck with the NHS taking me seriously when it came to fertility. I’m 35 and struggling to get pregnant and I know my body, I had irregular cycles and PCO appearance on one ovary but all blood work came back normal. NHS said I was fine and wouldn’t investigate any further. Dr Morton’s listened to me, and talked to me about letrozole to try and bring my cycles forward to give me more of a chance as well as add some additional progesterone to help with some spotting I had. No arguments at all, they were happy to try these and prescribe. I received the prescription within a few days! Magic! Not successful yet, but only in my second cycle trying this, I feel more hope! I recommend the 6 month subscription as you can get as much advise, letters etc as you need with this, I’ve definitely made full use! Recommend!

I have had a wonderful experiences with Dr Morton’s.
I was having issues with secondary infertility, luteal phase bleeding and repeated miscarriages.
I paid £10 for my subscription which included unlimited telephone and email consultations.
After describing my difficulties Dr Morton’s put me in touch with a fertility specialist. I had appropriate blood work around my worries (I was concerned about progesterone).
My concerns were listened to, and, when I asked for trial progesterone to support my luteal phase (due to chronic spotting) I was listened to. The second cycle trying this I am pregnant - after a year of trying and multiple losses.
The team were always prompt with their responses, took my concerns seriously and were patient centred and sensitive.
If you are in the UK and concerned about your fertility - particularly if you feel you aren’t making steps with the NHS - I highly recommend Dr Morton’s.

Wow!!! I wish I found this company earlier! What a brilliant service I have been provided.
For context, I have been having some symptoms recently which has led me to believe my hormones are not balanced.
Whilst researching, someone recommended going through Dr Mortons to get a gynaecologist consultation. I thought it was worth a try as I was feeling a bit anxious.
I signed up and was seen within 24 hours.
The gynaecologist was fantastic and really put me at ease. She listened to me, understood my concerns and provided a prescription. She wasn’t patronising and didn’t belittle my concerns, which is the first time I’ve felt so comfortable in a healthcare setting.
I’ve also made use of the ‘email a GP function’ to ask follow up questions, the responses have been so quick! I am very impressed.
They offer both normal GP and gynaecology appointments. It’s so brilliant I have subscribed and can’t see myself ever not paying for this service now.
With NHS waiting times so long, this service is worth every penny.

I got an appointment really quickly, and on a Sunday too. Dr Morton was so patient, attentive and kind. Having felt a bit 'fobbed off' by my own GP, Dr Morton took the time to hear the full story, ask questions, and show concern and understanding. She was able to explain things to me very clearly without ever patronising me. She made a number of useful recommendations, and having explained things in a way I've not had before, she gave me a lot of hope to progress. She really took the time to address all my concerns and offer really helpful practical advice. I am a subscriber, which is great value, and I feel very reassured knowing I can go back if/when I need more advice. GPs don't have the time, and often not the specialist knowledge either, to fully support women's health issues, so this has made a big difference to me. Thank you!

I recently had a consultation with Dr Morton. I found her to be completely professional, knowledgeable and emphatic. Everything that one could hope for when needing medical advice. The treatment was dispensed efficiently, with my NHS GP receiving a copy of my medical notes immediately. I could not recommend this service more highly, and it is very good value.

I contacted Dr Morton’s yesterday. As always, I received prompt, caring and excellent help. Yesterday, Dr Morton was on duty and consulted with me. She always deals with everything in a kind, professional manner. She is an exceptional Doctor. I have also visited her in the practice and received flawless surgery from her. All of the doctors I have used over the years from this company, have been professional and excellent highly qualified people. I cannot fault their service. My daughter has just had a phone consultation with Dr Morton and as soon as she finished the call she broke down in tears. Dr Morton had no interest in my daughter's pain and questioned her endometriosis diagnosis. Dr Morton stated that my daughter wouldn't be having periods if she was infertile which is false. My daughter is in severe pain which was totally ignored and stated she doesn't want to go on the pill and spent most of the call with Dr Morton trying to persuade her to do so. It was do as Dr Morton says or don't bother calling. What a complete waste of time and a total rip off costing £90! Never again!

I came across Dr Morton’s when I was unable to book an HRT review with my local GP due to persistent lack of appointment availability. Dr Morton provides an exceptional service - she takes her time and is very clear with her communication. The service is readily available, with very little wait time for an appointment. I was able to easily order a private scan from a referral she emailed to me. I have just had the follow-up appointment. I felt that Dr Morton really took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear and considered analysis of the scan report. I have come away from the appointment with an action plan for treatment. I feel completely reassured that I now have answers to my questions and a plan to follow going forward. I also know exactly where to turn should I need further check-ups or help. I don’t go often to the doctor, so I do not mind paying for this excellent level of personalised care. It’s so refreshing to be able to have proper continuity of care - something that my overwhelmed GP surgery struggles to provide. Highly recommend.

I came to them after experiencing recurrent miscarriages, and from the first appointment, Dr. Morton went above and beyond to make me feel heard and supported. She was instrumental in helping us get two endometrial biopsies done, providing insights that no one else had given and giving us hope and clarity during such a difficult time.

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Dr Morton and her team. I’ve had questions answered day or night via the portal, phone calls for further discussions, next day blood results and immediate referrals. I’ve felt not only reassured but genuinely cared for and looked after when I have been unwell. I couldn’t recommend it more for fast and reliable answers and advice, particularly when your working hours don’t fit with the conventional 9-5 working times of a GP Surgery.

I don't often leave reviews but felt it would just be so wrong not to share my recent experience with Dr Morton's.
Dr Morton's has been absolutely wonderful for me. Having suffered from health anxiety for some time, there was an issue I was sitting at home worrying about. I contacted Dr Morton's and was lucky enough to be able to chat online with Dr Morton herself. She was so kind and no question was too much. We had the most helpful of chats and by the end I was feeling totally reassured that I could let this concern go. This was not until I had answered several questions and Dr Morton was completely satisfied that I was not needed to be seen. She even reached out to me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy and understood what she had told me. I have also used Dr Morton's service on another two occasions when once again I was helped so much.
Dr Morton's is such a unique and brilliant service and not only gave me the reassurance I needed but helped me to avoid booking an expensive private appointment. Dr Morton was keen to help me achieve this if it wasn't necessary. I am so grateful.
On another note, Dr Morton herself is simply wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough about her. She listens, understands and is someone you can completely trust. She was actually the consultant who was on duty when my fifth child entered the world as a stubborn footling breech baby. I still remember several midwives telling me that I had been delivered by the 'best of the best' and that I was incredibly lucky to have had her beside me that night - she had literally been leaving at the end of her shift when they called her in. I am so incredibly grateful to her as I dread to think what may have happened if she had not been there.
To now be able to have access to such a skilled, knowledgeable, kind and understanding doctor and team for such a tiny fee still amazes me. Forever grateful.
