I should rename the product
‘The Ultimate Con’. The product doesn’t work. It’s chemicals are toxic and made me heave. It’s disgusting.
I informed so call Dr Who sorry Nima who couldn’t give a damn. Just fobbed me off to his Team who doesn’t seem to exist only on leap years.
His so called Team when finally responded were hopeless they didn’t give one iota. It took weeks to get a response from them. Then the ultimate excuse COVID-19 ??? prevented them yet, This Company actively advertise, sell, take your money dispatch in hours. Regardless of COVID -19
Yet, they cannot be bothered to listen to my complaint. Could they careless? No They could not!
There is something very bad in these products which they seem ok to sell to you and me!
This is lip gloss /Matt of course they cannot resell it. I understand that - But the product Is toxic to me and I do not normally react so terribly to anything!
It’s vile ingredient made me heave. But they would not refund me.
