I regret to have to leave a negative review. Whilst it is a good software overall in terms of features, having tried at least 3 other comparison softwares I can confirm Drug Comparison has the highest downtime out of the other softwares I used. In fact, the others very rarely had any downtime. Today is the 3rd working day running where evening deliveries are not transmittable. In fact DC has been non-functional all day today (30.6.26). Additionally, the software does have bugs and regrettably when they are reported to the team, like most other IT companies they are in denial.
I did not want it to come to this but long-term poor investment in cheap servers has proven to be detrimental. We will leave drug comparison for good and never look back. The only problem is that the alternatives might be more reliable but have no features and don't function properly so the transmitter has to be on the ball to override any errors otherwise expect loses. However, have to transmit manually for three days running is also a loss making exercise; both financially and in terms of time.
