Honest, reliable and pleasant! Made an appointment to see Errol at Knebworth branch.Was greeted by a young man who was pleasant and showed me where to park! I met Errol who was pleasant and attentive to my problems! He immediately diagnosed the problem and it was solved within 1 minute! What was reassuring was that the shop was clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! It’s a gem of a find to meet friendly, honest and genuine staff! No pressure sale and no rude customer service! Highly recommend the professional and HONEST service! Good luck to Errol and staff and best wishes for the future

Visited Knebworth shop today and was cordially greeted by a young man and then spoke to Errol! What an amazing experience! Problem with my spare truck key. Errol was quick to diagnose the problem and my spare key worked again! Service was excellent! Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly! Definitely worth the visit

James came at short notice, was professional, efficient, helpful and easy to talk to. He had all the kit necessary on board and was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. 

Called out of hours to the shop, I recieved a text straight away asking if I still required any assistance. Ryan called me and was able to help with my door that wouldn't lock and assure me that he would send out someone today as a matter of urgency. I really appreciated this as I could hear him juggling appointments to fit me in.
James arrived and was honest and helped way beyond a basic level. Had my door not required parts that he didn't have in his van due to the age of the door he would have fixed everything there and then. He showed up when he said he would (which seems standard but I've been waiting indoors for trades often with lots of no shows). Really importantly he made me feel secure in my home, informed me what was needed, and gave me a really competitive price. I am happy to have kept the work local. With a high street that is dying it is so important that great shops and services stay open and supported on our high street. Can't speak highly enough of their customer service and professional manner.

I had a padlock which somebody had left a broken key in (this is for a building used by a lot of different people). Drummond removed the key with no fuss and for a token charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and it restores my faith in locksmiths!

I recently lost my car key in the car park of the residential block where I live, so as you can imagine this presented a severe security risk of the vehicle being stolen. Although I could have taken other measures to prevent this happening, I spoke to my technician about the matter and was immediately referred to Errol of Drummond Security, and advised not to call anyone else as Errol and the business service provided was quite simply exceptional. As a result of a quick phone call, Errol attended on site at 9.45am the next day, wiped all traces of the code from the spare key, cut and programmed a new code into the replacement key and spare, and I was amazed when it all worked. This took precisely 25 minutes to complete. Having been told of a similar case attended by another local locksmith resulted in a car being scrapped, due to a corrupted ECU and the horrendous cost of replacing the damaged components, you can imagine I was somewhat apprehensive but in fact it was a straightforward procedure expertly, and very professionally executed for less cost than taking alternative action.
I really cannot recommend Errol and Drummond Security highly enough - the service was quite simply exemplary in this instance, and you can have the utmost confidence in dealing with Drummond Security.
