I just had the most sureal conversation today with their customer service agent, apparently, it would seem their delivery firm “ sending only use google maps for deliveries ? It’s to my mother home address where she receives government statement bank statements receives post from all organisations including Amazon.
The girl proceeded to say we are NOT Amazon and that’s how we work? She then proceeds to ask for another address to send the package to? I’m at a total loss for words….so I have no other address let’s cancel she said yes and that was it. The most sureal conversation and she even laughed about it, nothing to be proud of

Ordered product for delivery over a week ago. I have sent 2 emails without response. Product was to be delivered within 72hrs. This is now the 8th day!! Both delivery and customer care are disgraceful.

I received wrong cream instead the one I ordered online. And since the day I received, I am trying to return it. No one responds me. The cream is not a cheap one. It's so irresponsible and ignoring. Awful experience

Do not order online. They are scammers. I order particular hair shampoo, because I have skin condition, from internet shop. Arrived package with completely different product, and different invoice which match the wrong order. I’m extremely disappointed.

I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with Druni to warn potential customers. After placing an order, I eagerly awaited my delivery, only to have my hopes shattered when the delivery partner forged my signature and falsely claimed to have completed the delivery.

Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for assistance, Druni has chosen to ignore my complaints entirely. Their lack of accountability and customer service is staggering. It feels as though they’ve stolen not just my money, but also my time and energy.

I urge everyone to steer clear of Druni. Their unacceptable practices and utter disregard for customer satisfaction are a recipe for frustration. If you've had similar experiences, please share in the comments to help others avoid this nightmare.

Quick delivery got what i needed great range of products i usually shop in store but unable to so ordering on line was perfect for me

Druni is making fake marketing. I've been to police station in Castellon and made a complain. They are selling perfumes with half the price just to bring you to the website and after buying they cancel the order with no justification. The reason that there's is no stock. There's stock I've just checked. The customer service threat you very bad saying that there's no stoc. I've been printed and handed over to the police the pictures with the stock. Shame how they cheat customers. Avoid!!!

You have a lot of stores in Valencia. From your nearest store to my home by walking 24 minutes, but you needed 72 hours to delivered parcel.

Terrible customer service! I bought an expensive perfume as a gift and when opened the spray was broken. All I need is to be replaced but nobody can help me.

Arrive to store in Oviedo to buy expensive pack of cosmetics for gift. No parking options, and no store. Wrong location on google maps.
Order pack online, pay in advance, no cash on delivery options.
The delivery process was delayed for no reason.
When the last-mile courier just does not deliver my package at the distribution stage, I open a ticket about the problem with delivery. Druni support does nothing!
The package was delivered to a different address 20 km away from me, cause the courier didn't want to deliver it directly to recipient's address.
What Druni support do? Nothing! Even don't reply.

I just wanna mention how awful the staff are in the store very unhelpful and keep walking around watching you like this. Think you are a thief. when you really need help, they act like they can’t understand a word you are saying like you speak in gibberish I work on a cruise ship that is in Cadiz every week we spend the most money as a cruise ship employee there so they should show us a lot of respect

I did few orders in Spain and everything went well but then suddenly my biggest order which costed more than 100€, didn't came. I contacted customer service and I got three different information. No one helped me, and no one doesn't even care.

Customer service very disappointing. I have spent a lot with this company over the last year or so and the last product I ordered arrived in a very poor condition.
Originally customer service replied to me but have not resolved the issue or replied to further emails. The product was a gift for a friend and I did not have time to return to store!! Totally dissatisfied to not even have a final explanation

The worst service ever! Made an order, it turned out that one item is out of stock, the reimbursement was made. But when the parcel arrived it turned out that there is no second item for which they have never reimbursed money. I have spent 20+ days trying to get this case resolved through the support, that ended with nothing, just stopped answering my inquiries.
