We have requested services of the electrician

We have requested services of the electrician to help us identify and fix the problem with not working kitchens hood ( köksfläkt) and fix the lighting in the kitchen. Electrician was not professional and a liar as well as he said that he performed the felsökning for both issues, however, nothing was done but we were charged the full amount of 3000 sek. In addition, the actual project leader never bothered to call back to discuss the matter. Overall very bad service.
