It has now been 6 months waiting for my spare parts to arrive. I have had several emails saying it was being dispatched and then another saying the order was lost/did not arrive from the manufacturer. Very angry! I have emailed multiple times and even phoned the office a few times. Non of my voice messages were responded too. The one time I got through to them I managed to get one item from my order shipped.

BEWARE. Parts listing shows item quality and price but you only receive one. It’s a trick. Postage not cheap so when it arrives you’re out of pocket. Then spend more money to send it back. Very disappointing but what do you do

We have tried all their contact methods (phone, email, contact form) countless times without any response on their part. Still waiting...
