Called this company because my washing…

Called this company because my washing machine was broken and with 7 people reliant on it I was panicky! Just found the number on google - first thing that popped up and seemed to be the only one offering no call-out fee. The guy (I think Andy?) asked what was wrong. He literally told me how to fix it over the phone. Couldn’t believe the patience and kindness. Would definitely recommend (and use in the future when the time comes!)
