Great overall

Ordered firmware , and it was delivered in only few hours.
They helped me with the flushing and even went above and beyond and helped me with the hardware installation even tho I purchased it from another place.
10+ service and fast support.

Great customer service

Zesira did a great job helping me out with the setup. I had a lot of issues with my hardware, but he was patient and talked me through troubleshooting steps until we got everything working. This space can be a bit sketch with scammers, but I can strongly recommend this team.

This is my first time using DMA products and I am glad that I chose Ducks Services.
Their technical support is amazing and have helped me many times over the past 12 months.

Manila and the devs at Ducks services are great! My order was delivered way ahead of schedule and works great! If your worried about getting a FW like i was, dont it has been running great with no issues and their support is incredible if you do have any problems
